本句是一个简单句，是一个否定的陈述句。

当自己不知道答
案或者无法回答他人的问题时候，常常使用这个句子。

1）don't是do和not的缩写，do是助动词，本身没有意义，是用来帮助把句子变为否定句或疑问句的。

如：Do you have
a pen?
你有一支钢笔吗？
2)know作为动词，意为“知道，了解”。

如：I don't know his name.我不知道他的名
字。

如果表示礼貌、客气，也可在前面加上Sorry或I'm sorry.
