By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. discuss what might happen next in the story;
2. write a story about aliens based on the comic strip in part B.

1. Learn the speaking skill: using speculative mood.
2. Find out the differences between indicative mood, subjunctive mood and speculative mood.
3. Learn the ways to write about novels: use adjectives to create a mood and techniques to create
the plot.

1. Express oneself in speculative mood.
2. Work out the plot of an alien story.
