摘要:镀锌钢板由于具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,在现代汽车制造业中取代冷轧钢板而被大量使用。
而镀锌钢板的使用对传统的电阻点焊工艺提出了新的难题:电极寿命短和点焊工艺规范窄。
本文以黄铜带作为过程传送带,采用Deltaspot点焊工艺焊接镀锌钢板。
在参考文献的基础上,通过正交试验设计代替传统的经验法,对点焊工艺参数进行优化,在确保试验结果可靠的基础上,提高了试验效率,并采用优化后的规范参数进行试验,考察了在此规范下焊接过程的稳定性、焊点外观、熔核直径及电极表面扩张。
通过正交试验得出本试验条件下的最佳规范参数:电极压力为5KN、焊接电流为16KA、焊接时间为14周波;并得出本试验条件下电极寿命为210点左右。
根据试验分析了点焊镀锌钢板的工艺过程及特点,得出了以黄铜带作为过程传送带保护下的电极,合金化和磨损情况有所改善;水冷不充分将直接影响到焊接质量,建议使用喷头式水冷的结论。
本课题将理论与实际相结合,为Deltaspot这一新型电阻点焊工艺进一步的实际应用和工艺改进提供理论依据,对实际应用技术水平的提高具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。

Abstract:Zinc coated steel has been large-scale used in the modern automobile manufacturing in place of rolled steel because of their good corrosion resistance. But the use of the zinc coated steel sheet raised new problems to the conventional resistance spot welding process: Severe electrode wear and Special welding process specifications.
This paper took the Brass band as the process conveyor, using Deltaspot process to weld the zinc coated steel, and optimizing the process parameters on the spot by orthogonal experiment based on Specifications parameters given in the literature, instead of the traditional experience of law. On the basis of ensuring the reliable test results, this method has increased testing efficiency. In addition, the paper examines in the stability of the welding process, solder joint appearance, nugget diameter, expansion of the electrode surface at this specification further more.
By orthogonal test we get the best standard parameters of this experiment on this condition: electrode pressure 5KN, welding current is 16KA, welding time is 14 frequencies,and reached the electrode life is about 210 times .The paper has analyzed the process and characteristics in zinc coated steel spot welding according to the experimental, and finally got that the condition of alloying and wearing of the electrode protected by the Brass band has improved,and also reached the conclusion of cooled insufficient will directly affect welding quality, recommend the use of spray-type water-cooled as s solution .
This topic has combined theory and practice, pro vide a theoretical basis for Deltaspot’ Practical application and process improvement, and has a certain significance and practical value On raising the level of practical application of technology.
