1. Are you in a hurry to go somewhere?你急着去什么地方吗?
句式in a hurry意为“匆忙地”,在句中作表语或状语。如:
Li Ming, why are you in such a hurry?
李明,你为什么这么匆忙呢?
She left the office in a hurry.
她匆忙离开了办公室。
hurry up意为“赶快”,只用于肯定句或单独使用,hurry off或hurry
away表示“匆匆离去”。如:
Hurry up, or you’ll be late.
快点儿,否则就迟到了。
The doctors hurried off to look after the wounded.
医生们匆忙去照看伤员了。
2. Would you like to join me this weekend? 这周末你愿意加入我吗?
would like表示“想要”,后加名词、代词、不定式作宾语。在疑问句中注意它加不同词语的不同回答方式。如:
—Would you like some water?
——你想要点儿水吗?
—Yes, please. (No, thanks.)
——是的,请。(不要,谢谢。)
—Would you like to go swimming with us?
——你愿意和我们一起游泳吗?
—Yes, I’d like to. (No, thank you.)
——是的,我愿意。(不,谢谢。)
3. I am going to come over tomorrow.我打算明天过去。
come over意为“过来”,单独使用,后面不加宾语。如:
Mr. Lee came over for dinner yesterday.

三、教学步骤
Step I Class Opening(8 minutes)
1.Sing a song
[设计思路:以唱唱跳跳的形式引入英语课堂,调整学生情绪,活跃课堂气氛。]
2.Greeting
[设计思路:使用亲切、贴近生活的问候语言拉近师生关系,带学生自然进入英语氛围。]
3.Review
做“Draw and Guess”游戏,复习学生在第一册已经掌握的关于饮料的词汇:pop,milk,water,tea等。(教师画简笔画,学生猜单词。)
Step II New Concepts(30 minutes)
1.Who is thirsty?
What would you like to drink?
(1)Present
把不同种类的饮料放在讲台上说:
I am thirsty.I would like some water.教师慢慢喝水,说:“I drink slowly.”然后又快速喝水说:“I drink quickly.”通过这两个动作,使学生明白slowly和quickly的意思。教师接着问:Who is thirsty, too?
