第一章海洋气象要素第一节大气概述一.几个重要的专业术语 1.大气（Atmosphere）：包围地球表面的整个大气层。

2.气象要素（Meteorology elements）：反映大气状态的物理量或物理现象，主要有：气温、气压、风、湿度、云、能见度和天气现象P40。

3.天气(Weather)：指一定区域在较短时间内各种气象要素的综合表现。

天气表示大气运动的瞬时状态。

4.气候 (Climate)：指某一区域天气的多年平均特征，其中包括各种气象要素的多年平均及极值。

气候表示长时间的统计平均结果.二、大气成分1.大气主要成分：大气主要由多种气体（干空气）、水汽和悬浮的杂质构成。

（1）干空气（Dry air）:（除水汽和杂质以外的空气）主要成分为氮（78.09%）、氧(20.95%)、氩（0.93%）、二氧化碳（0.03％）。

稀有气体：氢、氖、氦、氪、氙、氡、臭氧等。

（2）大气是可压缩气体，大气密度随高度增加而迅速减少。

观测表明，10公里以内集中了75%的大气质量，35公里以下则达99%，近地面空气标准密度为 1.293千克/立方米。

影响天气气候变化的主要大气成分为二氧化碳、臭氧和水汽。

2.大气中的易变成分（1）二氧化碳（carbon dioxide）:平均含量0.03%,若达到0.2-0.6％，就对人体有害。

二氧化碳能强烈地吸收和放射长波辐射，•对地面和大气的温度分布有重要影响，类似温室效应，直接影响气候变迁。

含量城市多于农村，夏季多于冬季，室内多于室外。

（2）臭氧（ozone）：主要存在于20-40公里气层中，又称臭（ Ozonsphere）。

臭氧是吸收太阳紫外线的唯一大气成分，若没有臭氧层，人类和动物、•植物将受到紫外线的伤害。

（3）水汽（vapour）：含水汽的空气叫做湿空气（wet air）。

空气中的水汽含量随纬度、时间、地点而变化。

湿空气在同一气压和温度下，只有干空气密度的62.2％。

大气中水汽含量范围在0～4％，具有固、气、液三态，是常温下发生相变的唯一大气成分，它也是造成云、雨、雪、雾等现象的主要物质条件。

７．散度D 常用的是水平风散度，D=∂u/∂x+∂v/∂y,单位：／秒（s-1）。

●物理意义由于水平风的不均匀造成空气在单位时间单位面积上的相对膨胀率。

●应用在诊断降水预报中有很重要的作用，低空辐合高空辐散是构成上升运动的充分和必要条件，此外水汽的汇合主要也是靠低空流场的辐合。

８．涡度ζ常用的是p坐标中的水平风的涡度，也就是涡度的垂直分量ζ=∂v/∂x-∂u/∂y。

●物理意义单位面积内空气旋转速率的平均情况。

ζ>0表示气旋式旋转，ζ<0表示反气旋式旋转。

单位:/秒（s-1），天气尺度的量级为10-5。

●应用通常用来表征天气系统涡旋度之强度。

9．比湿q●定义单位质量湿空气实际含有的水汽质量。

单位:g/kg(克/千克)。

第三章气象参数的测定第一节概述气象参数（meteorological parameter）属于自然环境的物理因素，是描述空气物理性状和特征的重要指标。

它包括气温、气湿、气流和气压等。

气象参数具有重要的卫生学意义，与人体健康密切相关。

气象参数的剧烈变化可引起多种疾病；适时测定气象参数有利于指导人们采取措施，预防疾病的发生。

在空气理化检验工作中，气温、气压对采样体积的影响很大，采样时必须测定气温、气压等气象参数。

气流对空气污染情况的影响非常大，烟雾强度系数就是用来评价气流对污染源周围区域环境受污染程度的指标。

气流对空气理化检验的结果也有很大影响。

空气流动缓慢时，污染物扩散慢，被空气稀释的程度小，检验结果数值大，污染严重；空气流动较快时，检验结果数值小，有时甚至检测不出污染物。

因此，空气理化检验工作中有时还必须测定气流，了解空气流动对污染物的稀释、扩散程度，对检验结果进行补充说明。

一、测定地点的选择地理位置不同，气象参数可能不同。

尤其在一些工作环境、生活环境中，不同地点的气象参数差异可能很大。

进行空气污染监测时，应选择采样点为气象参数的测定地点。

单独测定工作环境的气象参数时，必须根据生产过程、热源分布、工作场所和建筑物的特征等实际情况确定测定地点。

为了应用现场气象参数和卫生检验结果共同说明现场卫生条件情况时，常选择工人经常活动的场所（如休息场所和生产岗位）测定气象参数；测定点的高度与人的呼吸带相近，1.5 m高左右。

当现场有热源存在时，应在不同高度、不同方位分别测定热辐射强度。

二、测定时间的选择空气理化检验工作中，采样时间就是气象参数的测定时间。

单独测定工作环境中的气象参数时，应根据生产周期、劳动特点和测定目的选择测定时间。

调查工作环境气象参数对人体的影响时，应该在不同的季节测定室内外的气象参数。

对环境气象参数变化小的工作场所，可以选择在冬夏两季进行测定，变化大的则应在不同的季节测定工作场所的气象参数。

近地面气温就是指高地面约1．5m处百叶箱中的温度。

气温air temperature : 空气的温度。

天气预报中所说的气温，指在野外空气流通、不受太阳直射下测得的空气温度(一般在百叶箱内测定)。

最高气温是一日内气温的最高值，一般出现在14〜15时，最低气温一般出现在早晨5〜6时。

一般一天观测4次（02、08、14、20四个时次），部分测站根据实际情况，一天观测3次（08、14、20三个时次）。

地面气温的测量:气象台站用来测量近地面空气温度的主要仪器是装有水银或酒精的玻璃管温度表。

因为温度表本身吸收太阳热量的能力比空气大，在太阳光直接曝晒下指示的读数往往高于它周围空气的实际温度，所以测量近地面空气温度时，通常都把温度表放在离地约1．5m处四面通风的百叶箱里。

气象部门所说的地面气温，就是指高地面约1．5m处百叶箱中的温度。

(二). 极端温度:一定时段内某一定地区达到的最低和最高温度。

前者是极端最低温度，后者是极端最高温度。

极端温度（extreme temperature）:一定时段内某一定地区达到的最低和最高温度。

前者是极端最低温度，后者是极端最高温度。

有时也指同一时期温度空间分布（一般指水平分布）中的最高和最低值。

电流和电路一、电荷1、电荷：物体有了吸引轻小物体的性质，我们说物体带了电，或带了电荷。

2、摩擦起电：摩擦过的物体具有吸引轻小物体的现象。

摩擦起电的原因：在摩擦过程中，电子会从一个物体转移到另一物体，得到电子的物体因有多余的电子带上负电荷，失去电子的物体因缺少电子而带上等量的正电荷。

3、两种电荷：1、正电荷：被丝绸摩擦过的玻璃棒带的电荷叫正电荷。

2、负电荷：被毛皮摩擦过的橡胶棒上带的电荷叫负正电荷。

3、电荷作用规律：同种电荷互相排斥，异种电荷互相吸引。

4、验电器：结构：金属球、金属杆、金属箔。

作用：检验物体是否带电。

原理：同种电荷互相排斥。

检验物体是否带电的方法：1、是看它能否吸引轻小物体，如能则带电；2、是利用验电器，用物体接触验电器的金属球，如果金属箔张开则带电。

5、电荷量：电荷的多少叫做电荷量；单位：库仑，符号：C。

元电荷：电子（汤姆生发现）是带有负电最小电荷的粒子，人们把最小电荷叫元元电荷。

6、导体;善于导电的物体。

如：金属、人体、大地、酸碱盐的水溶液、石墨等。

导体导电原因：导体中有能够自由移动的电荷。

（金属中导电的是自由电子）绝缘体：不善于导电的物体〉如：橡胶、陶瓷、塑料、干燥的空气、油等。

绝缘体绝缘的原因：电荷几乎都被束缚在原子范围内，不能自由移动。

二、电流和电路1、电流：电荷的定向移动形成电流。

（金属导体中发生定向移动的是自由电子）2、电流方向：正电荷（定向）移动的方向为电流方向。

（金属导体中电流方向跟自由电子定向移动的方向相反）3、电路中电流：电路闭合时，在电源外部，电流方向是从电源正极经过用电器流向负极。

4、电路构成： 1、电源：提供电能的装置，把其他形式的能转化为电能。

如：发电机、电池。

2、用电器：消耗电能的装置，把电能转化为其他形式的能。

3、开关：控制电路的通断。

4、导线：连接电路输送电能。
