锥形束CT在种植体周围骨小梁结构临床研究中的应用

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of Cone ̄beam computed Tomography ( CBCT) in the clinical assessment of peri ̄im ̄ plant trabecular structures. Methods From February 2015 to June 2017ꎬ20 patients with teeth lose who received implants were scanned using CBCT to record the radiographic parameters of jaw bone immediately after the surgical procedureꎬand at the 6th month̓ after operation. During the two periodsꎬforty images were collectedꎬand imported into trabecular bone analysis software CTAn to measure peri ̄implant trabecular structures. Results There was significant difference in terms of peri ̄implant trabecular structures between im ̄ mediate measurement and 6 months post ̄operation measurement( P < 0������ 05) : values of bone volume fraction( BV / TV) 、trabecular thi ̄ ckness( Tb. Th) 、trabecular number( Tb. N) values were increased and trabecular bone pattern factor( Tb. Pf) 、structure model index (SMI) values were decreased after 6 months of operation. There was no significant difference in terms of trabecular separation ( Tb. Sp) during the two periods ( P > 0������ 05) . Conclusion CBCT is reliable to assess peri ̄implant trabecular structures. 摘要:目的 探讨锥形束 CT( CBCT) 应用于临床分析种植体周围骨小梁结构的价值ꎮ 方法 选择 2015 年 2 月至 2017 年 6 月ꎬ20 例缺牙接受种植手术患者ꎬ种植手术后即刻与术后 6 个月分别用 CBCT 扫描患者颌骨获得影像学图像ꎮ 两个不同时期 共 40 份 CBCT 图像通过 CTAn 软件分析种植体周围骨小梁结构ꎮ 结果 术后即刻、术后 6 个月前后种植体周围骨小梁结构变 化差异有统计学意义( P < 0������ 05) :术后 6 个月相对于术后即刻ꎬ骨小梁体积百分数( BV / TV) 、骨小梁厚度( Tb. Th) 、骨小梁数 目( Tb. N) 数值增加ꎻ骨小梁模式因素( Tb. Pf) 、结构模型指数( SMI) 数值减少ꎮ 骨小梁间隙( Tb.
