(Read after the teacher and the teacher corrects their pronunciation at the same time)(Justification: This step can help students review some new words, and their wrong pronunciation can be corrected.)Step 2 Pre-reading (10 minutes)(1)The teacher shows a picture of Beijing on the PPT and ask the students “Where is it?”Ss: It’s Beijing.T: Yes, we can also say it is the capital of China,right?(Teach the word “capital”.)(2)T: Do you know something about the customs of China?Ask several students to answer this question.T: Yes, you all did a good job.
