初中英语集体备课记录表范文大全全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Experience with Group Lesson Planning in English ClassWow, English class has been super fun lately! Our teacher, Ms. Johnson, has been doing something called "group lesson planning" with us. At first, I wasn't sure what that meant, but now I totally get it, and I think it's the coolest thing ever!It all started a few weeks ago when Ms. Johnson told us that we were going to start planning our English lessons together as a class. She said that instead of her just telling us what we were going to learn and do, we would get to have a say in it too. I was like, "Really? We get to help decide what we learn? Awesome!"The first thing we did was brainstorm topics that we were interested in learning about. We all shouted out ideas, and Ms. Johnson wrote them down on the board. Some kids said they wanted to learn about sports, others said animals or video games. I suggested learning about space exploration becauseI'm really into that kind of stuff. After we had a big list of ideas, Ms. Johnson had us vote on our top three choices. Space exploration ended up being one of the top picks, along with dinosaurs and famous historical figures.I was stoked that my idea made it to the top!Next, we broke into small groups, and each group got to plan out a whole unit on one of the top three topics. My group got space exploration, which was perfect for me. We had to decide what specific things we wanted to learn about, like different planets, famous astronauts, or maybe even how rockets work.Planning the unit was so much fun! We got to look up cool videos and articles online, and we even got to make some hands-on activities and projects that we thought would be fun to do in class. One of the girls in my group had the idea of making a model rocket that we could actually launch on the playground. How awesome is that? When we finished planning, each group had to present their unit plan to the rest of the class. We made a whole PowerPoint presentation and everything. It was kind of nerve-wracking to get up in front of everyone, but it was also really exciting to share all the cool stuff we had come up with. After all the groups presented, we voted again to decide which unit we wanted to do first. The space exploration unit ended up winning, so we got to start learning about that right away. It was so cool because it was stuff that we had picked out and planned ourselves. We've been working on the space unit for a few weeks now, and it's been a blast. We've learned all about the different planets, watched videos of real rocket launches, and even built our own model rockets to launch. Next week, we're going to have a special guest come in – an actual astronaut who has been to space! I can't wait to ask them all sorts of questions.I never would have thought that we'd get to help plan our own lessons, but I'm so glad Ms. Johnson let us do it. It's made learning way more interesting and fun because it's stuff that we actually want to learn about. Plus, getting to work in groups and come up with our own activities and projects has been awesome.I really hope we get to do more group lesson planning in the future. Maybe next time we can learn about something like dinosaurs or famous inventors. Or maybe we could even plan a whole field trip somewhere cool! The possibilities are endless when we get to have a say in what we learn.Overall, this whole experience has been amazing. It's shown me that learning doesn't have to be boring – it can be super engaging and exciting when you get to be a part of the process. I'm really grateful to Ms. Johnson for letting us try this out, and I hope more teachers will do stuff like this too. Learning is way more fun when you get to be in the driver's seat!篇2Collective Lesson Planning NotesToday in English class, we had a collective lesson planning session. That's when all the students get together with the teacher and we plan out the lesson activities and materials for the next unit. I always enjoy these sessions because we get to be really creative and have a lot of input into how we learn.Ms. Roberts started off by reminding us of the learning objectives for the next unit, which is on describing people's personalities and character traits. The main goals are to build our vocabulary of personality adjectives, be able to use them properly in sentences, and practice skills like writing personality profiles. Then she opened it up for us to start suggesting ideas for activities, games, projects, and materials we could use to practicethose skills in a fun and engaging way. Hands shot up all around the room with cool suggestions. My friend Jamie suggested we could make personal advertising videos describing ourselves and trying to "sell" our great personality traits to the class. I thought that was a creative idea to practice using descriptive language.Antonio raised his hand and suggested we could do some kind of personality guessing game, where we write down qualities about a famous person and the rest of the class has to guess who it is based on the clues.Jasmine had an idea that we could each be assigned a different character from a book, movie or TV show, and have to write a biographical profile describing their personality. We could present them to the class and have them guess which fictional character we portrayed. There were lots of other great ideas too, likepersonality-themed arts and crafts projects, putting on mini personality plays or skits, and designing personality identicard or dating profile assignments. I could tell Ms. Roberts was getting really excited as more and more creative suggestions kept coming.Once we had a big list of potential activities, Ms. Roberts organized us into groups to start fleshing out some of the ideas in more detail. I was partnered up with Jamie, Antonio and Emilia to expand on the personal advertising video concept. We brainstormed how it could work, deciding each person would have to script and film a 2-3 minute video "selling" themselves as an awesome friend based on their positive personality traits. We'd work on storyboarding our scripts and video concepts over the next few classes. On presentation day, we'd show our videos to the class, who would have to identify personality adjectives we used and examples proving we exhibited those traits. It would be a fun way to get practice describing ourselves and evaluating each other's use of personality vocabulary. In another group, Jasmine's crew wrote up a full assignment listing for the fictional character biography project, including formatting guidelines, a grading rubric, and a list of approved books and movies to choose characters from. The team working on the personality games got pretty ambitious, designing a whole "Personality Game Show" with multiple mini-game rounds, teams, scorekeeping, and prizes for the winners. It sounded like it would be a blast! After we planned out the major activities and projects in our groups, we came back together as a class to discuss ideas for supplementary materials to support the unit objectives. We suggested making personality vocabulary picture flashcards, curated personality video clips from movies, and Web-based personality quiz games we could play.By this point Ms. Roberts was absolutely glowing, so appreciative and impressed by all the creative input and effort we put into collaboratively planning out an engaging unit packed with differentiated activities to meet everyone's learning needs and strengths.I could tell she was looking forward to facilitating the unit ina more guide-on-the-side way, with us students taking charge of our own learning process. I'm really excited too—by designing activities ourselves that get us up and moving, creating projects, playing games, and tapping into our personal interests and strengths, I know we're going to have way more fun while still mastering all the key describing people vocabulary and skills.Collective lesson planning is my favorite. We get to blend our creative energies and have so much more ownership and investment in how we learn. Instead of just being told, "Ok, today we're going to do worksheets on personality adjectives," we getto shape the entire experience in an engaging, interactive way that's tailored to our needs and preferences as learners.By the time we walked out of class, we had turned the broad "describing people" theme into a full month's worth of diverse, interactive activities and projects that are going to make learning an absolute blast. I could barely wait to get started on working on my personal ad video script and filming plan. With so many hands-on components, I know this vocabulary and skills are going to stick. Thanks to our awesomely collaborative teacher Ms. Roberts, learning doesn't feel like learning at all!
