3 Analysis & Result
3.1.Visual inspection: check if anything wrong at board.
No abnormal was found.
3.2.Electric Analysis:
3.2.1->Connecting output signal and input Power, and check power level is correct and no spike voltage and if component related surge and ripple current, please confirm surge and ripple current.
a.All the VCC are right, Such as 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.2V, No abnormal was found.
b.Measure XTAL (20MHz&25MHz) and SDRAM_CK (240MHz) were normal
3.2.2->Run ATE program if need.
Having the board retested in throughput test station, the failure can be duplicated 3.2.3->Check output and input signal check by scope and provide the Waveform.
We cannot measure any abnormal waveform by oscillograph.
3.2.4-> Check Mask_11n_5G_20M_Ch149 with spectrum analyzer.
