证卡打印机的技术原理、特点与色带证卡打印机—顾名思义就是用来进行证件卡打印的设备。

在日常工作生活中,随着智能卡的普及应用,我们看到的各种印有高质量照片的胸卡或证件卡及名片就是它的产物。

证卡打印的关键在于输出的质量，虽然说如今喷墨打印机的照片打印质量已经是相当不错了，但是用来进行证卡打印的往往是采用热升华原理的证卡打印机。

热升华打印的英文名称是Dye-Sublimation printing,在证卡打印领域它有两种应用形式:一种是DTC技术打印,一种是HDP技术打印。

DTC打印(Direct-to-Card Printing:直接打印到卡面)它的工作原理是利用了基于热升华染料的色带,当色带和卡经过打印头时，通过半导体加热元件调节出的成千上万的热素将色带上的染料加热，染料受热后会气化并渗透到卡面，不同的热量产生不同的色彩饱和度，连续的色彩相混合，就产生了连续色调，照片质量的彩色图像。

打印出的图像如喷雾般细腻润滑，特别适合人像等精致细腻的皮肤质感要求。

同时色带会在卡面覆上一层膜,可以长久保存不退色。

HDP技术打印(High Definition Printing:高分辨率打印)HDP技术打印是美国FARGO公司发明的世界上最先进的证卡打印技术。

这种技术首先也是利用打印头和色带进行打印的基本原理,但是不同之处是HDP证卡打印先将全彩色的影像先打印到HDP转印膜上,然后通过热压将膜转印到卡片上完成打印。

HDP证卡打印机的优势首先因为打印方式的不同,避免了打印头与卡片直接接触,实现了真正意义上的打印头永不磨损。

而且避免了普通的DTC证卡打印机打印芯片卡时由于卡面不平整,卡片厚度较大对打印效果的影响。

HDP证卡打印技术可以进行超边打印,彻底消除传统打印卡片的白边。

可打印卡的尺寸也从CR80标准扩展到CR100标准,一般的证卡打印机只能打印最常见的CR80卡。

HDP证卡打印是世界上最先进,最安全的证卡打印系统。

2008年4月印制第一部分 SP35打印机的硬件连接与驱动程序的安装（一）打印机的硬件连接 一、如何开盖与安装色带二、如何连接电脑与打印机如图安装好USB 数据线 如图安装好电源线三如何安装清洁滚轴（二）DATACARD SP—35打印机驱动程序的安装当您在此次安装新驱动前请在光盘根目录下运行“\Support\ Cleanup\ Cleanup”将上次您安装的驱动卸载掉，具体方法如下：1.运行Cleanup2.以下各步骤全部选择“是”3.电脑自动重起后进行以下操作WIN2000,WINXP驱动的安装1,在光盘根目录下运行“\ XP-2000\setup.exe";2,3,4,此时将打印机电源线安好，USB线与电脑连接等待1分钟,单击"next"(如果是usb打印线则会弹出找到新的硬件,点击自动安装)5,安装完成.第二部分使用打印机高级设置一调出高级设置双击屏幕右下角打印机图标之后，将弹出打印机状态栏单击高级设置，将弹出高级设置菜单二、打印头设置点击打印头，出现如下图示上一栏打印密度，为分别调节K（黑）覆膜的强度。

下一栏位置打印Position Printing为调节打印在卡片上下左右的位置。

比如说卡片左有一白边打不到，那么可将滑杆往左拖一点点，幅度为3—5个值。

上下打印位置的调节道理一样。

当参数被修改后，确认按钮会变为实心，点击该按钮，使更改生效。

退出高级设置。

三 打印机色彩设置用户单击色彩设置，即可调出色彩管理菜单。

用户移动滑标，可改变数值。

当数值改变后，单击确认更改保存更改的数值。

当所有的设置完成后，可点取按钮最小退出设置。

第三部分 使用打印机诊断程序当打印机出现故障并需要更改打印机参数时，用户可通过使用打印机诊断程序进行修改，以下为使用打印机诊断程序修改打印机参数的步骤。
