【正文】登杆(塔)是输电线路安装、运行检修工作中的基本技能，主要包括脚扣登杆和攀登铁塔。

一、脚扣登杆脚扣又叫铁扣，是用钢或铝合金材料制作而成的近似半圆形，带有皮带扣环和脚蹬板的轻便登杆工具。

脚扣的扣环上裹有橡胶，以防打滑。

脚扣攀登速度较快，但在杆上作业时不够灵活舒适，易于疲劳，适合于杆上短时间作业，脚扣登杆最适宜于晴天。

如遇雨天、冰雪天、浓雾天，都不宜用脚扣登混泥土杆。

(一)人员分工登杆作业属于高处作业，按规程进行登杆作业时，地面应有配合作业人员和地面安全监护人。

登杆前，作业人员到达现场后，必须有负责人员进行明确的人员分工。

同时将安全带护杆带挂在电杆上，利用人体冲击对安全带做承力试验，确认脚扣和安全带的安全性能。
