教材评价的效果原则就是指考察教材是否能够达到预先设想的效果。
教材评价的效率原则是指被评价的教材是否比其他教材能够更加有效地满足学习需要,达到预先设想的学习效果。
3.教材评价的方法:教材评价方法可以分为随意的印象性评价和有系统的评价两大类。
