麻辣香锅的做法

做法
1. 炼油:所有调料放入冷油中,小火慢慢加热,炸至金黄色,把调料捞出,油待用;

When I was really in a bad mood,I like to go to the nearby restaurant to have a hot-spicy pot,especially in winter.you can choose any kind of meet and vegetable you like,such as beef,bacon,shrimp,meat ball,and other kinds of vegetable.After you choose the raw material,the cooker will stir-fry all the things,adding the ingredients like chili,caraway,soysause,vinegar and some condiment.
Before the waitress take it to you,you will firstly smell the spicy and hot favor of it. I close my eyes and enjoy the favor,I can feel the hot-spicy favor dancing around my nose,the smell is so good that it makes me drool,my saliva drops slowly from my mouth,I can’t help having the hot-spicy pot.
The hot-spicy pot finally show up,it looks so colorful,red ,green,yellow,brown.....like an oil painting drew by a mischievous girl.The first bite of it,you will feel nothing special and spicy,shortly after that,you will find that there is a fire in you mouth,and it’s burning.If you don’t get used to the spicy food,you have to ask the waitress to take a cup of cold water for you,or hang out your tongue,using your hand as a fan to make your tongue more cool.when eating the hot-spicy pot ,i always have a runny nose and tears in my eyes,which makes like a loser who failed to fight with fire.The pungent tongue last for a while,though I have a runny nose ,it’s very comfortable,I can release my pressure and bad mood,it’s a hard but worthwhile battle.。
