发现国内很多外贸同行不喜欢给老外打电话,原因不外乎有二,一是国际长途电话费比较贵,这个可以通过Skype之类的网络电话来降低成本;二是英语口语听力不过关,或者担心老外的英语口语听力不过关,总之就是怕无法沟通或者沟通不好。
我出几个点子,大家可以结合自己的实际情况试试。
1、一定要在电脑上使用网络电话。
2、把你要同老外说的话简明扼要地事先写在文档里,在电脑上打网络电话之前,把文档打开,准备照着念。
3、打开一个录音软件,准备把你和老外通话录下来。
有时候这种通话记录在产生纠纷的时候也可以作为证据。
我用的软件是autocity。
大家可以自行寻找更好的。
4、拨通电话,开始录音。
5、开始念事先准备好的稿子了。
6、如果没有老外的邮件地址,记住一定要在合适的时间直接向老外询问。
7、如果实在没有听懂老外说什么,就可以谎称通话效果不太好,下次再打电话,这样自己也不丢面子。
8、挂断电话以后,反复地听录音。

1、ABC Corporation. May I help you?这里是ABC公司,我能帮你什么吗?这句话算是制式的讲法。
一般接起电话的人通常会先报公司的名字"ABC corporation", 然后再说,"May I helpyou?" 或是如果要更客气一点的话则可以说"How can I help you?" (我该怎么帮你?),因为这样的问法表示我'该'怎么帮你,而非我'需不需要'帮你?但基本上"May I help you?" 跟"How can Ihelp you?" 都很常见就是了。
不过如果是机器接的电话,则听到的多半是这样,"Thanks for calling ABC corporation, ifyou know your party's last name or extension, press 1. If you want toreceive information or publication, press 2. 2、And you are?请问您是?如果人家打电话来是要找你的上司,"May I talk to your manager?" (我能不能跟你们经理讲话?)这时你总不能糊里糊涂地就把电话拿给经理说,说不定人家是打电话来跟你经理勒索一百万的呢!所以通常我们一定要先确定打电话来的是谁。

不过有局限性,某些国家和地区的偏好。
打电话。
很重要,但是用的不多的沟通方式。
在广大的外贸工作人群中,有很多英语并没有多少级,也不是科班出身,又或者有证书但听力口语不太好,能看邮件,回邮件,却害怕接到老外电话.可能有不少人有一些经历,老外打电话过来听不太懂他在讲什么,自己当然也没有适当的话应对,电话完了后还不知道是谁.如此一是让老外觉得你不够专业或说英语不够好,对你公司大小规格产生一定负面影响,二是很可能错失一个机会.所以很多朋友友可能是抱着求佛的心态,希望老外能规矩的通过邮件来联系.但是做外贸久了还是会碰到有些老外打电话过来的,如果对方本身英语很好至少能知道他讲的大概关于哪方面内容,如果对方也是英语一般,加上自己对自己的英语没有信心,基本上是无法沟通.如何能够有效改进??今天我们就重点谈谈--电话沟通注意事项。
我们从三个方面和大家聊聊。
第一:打电话前需要注意什么。
第二:打电话中注意事项和一些常用语。
第三:打电话后应该记录什么。
《1》打电话前注意事项首先得确认该客户是否需要打电话。
在我看来有几个方面来参考。
①---如果是老客户。
一般不用打电话,写个邮件ok。
除非是特别着急的事。
②---如果是新客户。
从资料中可以判断该客户有潜力,而且在你第一次邮件后有回复。

第3招沟通进行中应避免干扰—No interruptions during the meeting!如果沟通的地点是在你的公司,那么请叮咛你的部属,勿在沟通过程中做不必要的干扰。
因为过份的干扰会影响沟通的意愿和热忱。
第4招遵守礼仪--Behave yourself!沟通时,仍然要遵守一般奉行的礼仪和保持良好的仪态,这样可以增加人们对你的好感,提高你的沟通效率。
此外,坐姿不良,在对手讲话时左顾右盼,都足以使人对体产生不良的印象,而减低与你洽谈的兴致。

如何电话接洽新客户?1.打电话之前做好准备工作,主要内容包括,了解客户的公司信息,客户的潜在的采购市场,当地比较有名的客户,当地比较有名的生产企业等等,还有在电话之前调整好自己的情绪,是自己保持积极向上的状态。
2.在与客户电话交流的时候,开头的寒暄很重要,要能够把客户的注意力从其他事情拉到你这边来,所以在与客户交流的第一句话就是要显得自己比较积极,感染客户的情绪,让客户加入与你的交流之中。
例如:Hello, this is Allen from CNBM. Can I speak to Mr. Smith?如果接电话是前台,可以直接让他转接给想要的联系人,不要跟前台浪费时间。
应付前台的小技巧:可以跟他说,刚刚Mr. Smith给我发了邮件,他留了这个电话,让他帮忙转接。
Hello, Mr. Smith just sent me a mail and he left this phone number, would you please ask him to answer me?3.寒暄之后,最好能直接切入正题,不要说过多的寒暄的话,客户和我们的时间都很宝贵,找到切入点以后,想好自己的沟通点。
可以从打电话的目的着手,一般电话的目的有1.了解客户是否是做沙发的?2.了解客户是否从中国进口,如果是可以进一步了解近期是否有采购计划,如不是可以聊下客户在哪采购的?3.取得客户的邮箱?针对第一点,可以说是老客户介绍的,可以说从行业协会了解的等等。
例如,One of my old customer told me your information, he said you are also in the sofa market, right? 针对第二点,可以向客户介绍当地的有名的企业都是从中国进口的,然后询问客户的情况。
例如,Mr. Smith, I know ***and *** in your country both import sofa from China. How about you? 针对第三点,可以跟客户说最近有一些新的款式,是否可以发下catalog,顺便要下客户的邮箱。
