values of our ancestors. As a Chinese, I am very proud of
our traditional culture drama, such as Peking Opera, Kunqu
Opera, and Yueju Opera.
Peking Opera is a national treasure of China. It
combines singing, dancing, acrobatics, and martial arts.
The performers wear colorful costumes and makeup, and their
movements are graceful and elegant. The music is also very
unique, with different instruments playing different roles,
such as the jinghu, erhu, and suona.
Kunqu Opera is another classic form of Chinese
traditional drama. It originated in the Ming Dynasty and
has a history of over 600 years. The performers use a lot
of body language and facial expressions to convey emotions. The music is also very soothing and melodious.
Yueju Opera, also known as Shaoxing Opera, is popular
in the Zhejiang Province of China. It has a long history of
over 600 years and is known for its beautiful singing and
graceful movements. The performers wear exquisite costumes
and the music is very pleasant to listen to.
In addition to these three forms of traditional drama,
there are many other types of drama in China, each with its
own unique characteristics. These dramas not only entertain
