【学习目标】

1.教会学生单词:haunted,ghost,trick,treat,spider

2.教会学生通过听力训练获取有效信息,引导学生通过对西方节日的学习,体会西方节日的乐趣。

3.通过学习,了解万圣节的相关庆祝活动。

☞学习提示

Do you know Halloween?Do you want to know how the kids have a Halloween?

Show some pictures about Halloween to attract students and make them know some things about Halloween.

Task 1

☞学习提示 Preview the words on P13 by phonetic symbols,then mark new words and Chinese meaning.At last finish the tasks

in 1a.

【学法指导】

►treat

①作名词,意为“款待,招待,乐趣”。

②作动词,意为“对待,治疗,处理,款待”。treat sb./oneself to sth.让某人/自己享用。

Listen to the tape on P13 and finish the listening task in 1b.Then students listen again and finish the listening tasks in

1c.Listen again and repeat.

Students read 1d,imitate 1d and have a dialogue practice about Halloween,then try to make a dialogue by

③dress sb./oneself意为“给某人/自己穿衣服(表动作)”。

【拓展】表“穿”的其他方式:

①put on+衣服/首饰(表动作)。

②wear+衣服/首饰(表状态)。

③be in+衣服/颜色(表状态)。

【备注】 “Trick or treat” means kids will pay a trick on you if you don't give them a treat.“不招待就使坏”意思是如果你不好好招待那些小孩,他们会对你做恶作剧。

dialogues.At last write show contents on the blackboard.
