路面工程定额规定及调整1、关于结构层厚度的规定:根据概算定额的规定,各类稳定土基层级配碎石、级配砾石路面的压实厚度在15c m以内,填隙碎石一层的压实厚度在12c m以内,垫层和其他种类的基层压实厚度在20c m以内,面层的压实厚度在15c m以内,拖拉机、平地机和压路机台班按定额数量计算。

1.养生方式选择
混凝土板抗滑构造软拉制作完毕后应立即养生。
路面宜采用喷洒养生剂及保湿覆盖的方式养生。
在雨季或养生用水充足的情况下,也可采用覆盖砂、旧麻袋、草袋、草帘、稻草等洒水湿养生方式。
不宜使用围水养生方式。
昼夜温差大的地区,路面摊铺后3d内宜采取覆盖保温措施防止发生裂缝和断板。
2.养生剂养生
用于水泥混凝土路面施工养护的养生剂,喷洒后薄膜应密封性好、保水率高、强度和耐磨性损失小、干燥快、储存时间长而稳定、耐雨水冲刷。
不得使用易被雨水冲刷掉的和对混凝土强度有影响的养生剂。
养生剂的品种主要有水玻璃型、石蜡型和聚合物型三大类。
乳化石蜡养生剂保水率较高,但不耐磨;聚合物型保水率居中,特点是易被雨水冲掉,属于易溶型养生剂;水玻璃型养生剂保水率较低,但可增强耐磨性,属于耐磨型养生剂。
水泥混凝土路面采用喷洒养生剂方式养生时,养生剂喷洒剂量、成膜厚度、适宜的喷洒时间应通过现场试验确定。
喷洒养生剂的厚度应足以形成完全封闭的薄膜;喷洒应均匀,成膜厚度应一致;喷洒后的表面不得有颜色差异;喷洒时间宜在表面混凝土泌水完毕后进行;喷洒高度宜控制在0.5~1m。
除喷洒上表面外,面板两侧也应喷洒。
单独采用一种养生剂养生时,保水率应达到90%以上,一般不应小于300ml/m2原液,也可采用两种养生剂喷洒两层或喷一层养生剂再加覆盖。
当水泥混凝土路面泌水较多时,应延迟喷洒养生剂的时间,待泌水基本结束后再喷洒养生剂.
3.盖塑料薄膜养生
盖塑料薄膜的时间,以不压没细观抗滑构造为准。
薄膜厚度(韧度)应合适,宽度应大于覆盖面60cm。
两条薄膜对接时,搭接宽度不应小于40cm,薄膜在路面上应加细土或砂盖严实,并防止被钢筋挂烂及被风吹破或掀走。
养生期间应始终保持薄膜完整,薄膜破裂时应立即补盖或修补。
4.覆盖洒水湿养生
使用麻袋、草袋等覆盖物养生,应及时洒水,在任何气候条件下,均应保证覆盖物底部在养生期间始终处于潮湿状态,并由此确定每天洒水遍数。
5.养生时间
养生时间应根据混凝土弯拉强度增长情况而定,当大于等于设计弯拉强度的80%时,可停止养生。
一般养生天数宜为14~21d,不应少于14d。
掺粉煤灰的水泥混凝土路面,最短养生时间不宜少于28d。
6.养生期保护
混凝土板在养生期间和填缝前,严禁人、畜、车辆通行,在达到设计强度40%,撤除养生覆盖物后,行人方可通行。
在确需行人、牲畜、畜力车、人力车、汽车横穿平面道口时,在路面养生期间,应搭建临时便桥。
