400K W沃尔沃柴油发电机组技术协议甲方:南阳二机石油装备(集团)有限公司乙方:南阳新成高架设备有限公司南阳二机石油装备(集团)有限公司(甲方)与南阳新成高架设备有限公司(乙方)关于大庆石油管理局钻探集团钻井一公司ZJ40DJ钻机上面的1000kW济柴发电机组和2×400kW沃尔沃柴油发电机组并机(带机房及并机柜),经过双方协商,达成如下技术协议:一、供电系统总体技术要求1、系统的设计制造依据“安全、可靠、先进、方便、实用”的原则,其动力控制系统,交流输出特性,控制操作和各种保护功能等应能满足用户的要求。
采用正确可靠的防潮、防水、防火措施,符合安全操作要求,接口满足系统要求;使用环境温度-40℃~+50℃。
2、模块化设计,满足快速、安全地搬迁、安装、拆卸要求,整机尺寸满足铁路运输和汽车运输的要求。
具有使用、维护、检修方便等特点。
3、外观精美,实用性强,满足高寒、多雨、多风沙环境下作业要求。
4、系统设计、制造标准应符合下列标准:GB2820-90工频柴油发电机组通用技术条件符合钻井行业HSE要求:符合其它有关电气标准;ISO3046 ISO8528 GB3096 IEC34 ISO9001 ISO14000等。
安全防护性能符合NAME1标准。
二、柴油发电机组的构成1、主发电机组为1000kW济柴发发电机组、1栋机房、相关动力电缆及附件等全套动力系统。
正常工作由主发电机组供电。
2、辅助发电机组为2×400kW两台(400kW/500kVA、400V、50Hz)瑞典沃尔沃(VOLVO)柴油发动机、英国斯坦福交流发电机(STAMFORD)及美国GAC电子调速系统和北京兰泊得机组并车控制系统配套而成的柴油发电机组, 1栋机房、相关动力电缆(房内连接电缆)及附件等全套动力系统。
当主发电机组出现故障时由两台辅助发电机组供电。
主发电机控制在MCC房内控制,辅助发电机组在两房中间并机房内控制,主发电机不带油箱,辅助发电机带油箱,机房预留加油、回油口。
共轨喷油系统是指柴油从油箱,被齿轮泵吸出,经过油水分离器,过齿轮泵,到柴油精滤器,到高压泵、共轨管、喷油器,并与传感器和ECU组成的闭环燃油供给系统,将喷射压力的产生和喷射过程彼此完全分开的一种供油方式。
沃尔沃D7E型发动机电控共轨喷油系统(EMS2),一缸与飞轮近,燃油由喷油器喷射,每缸对应一个喷油器。
共轨压力由两个交替工作的高压油泵产生。
油轨中的压力以及每个气缸中喷油的开始和结束都是由发动机电脑版控制的,控制喷油时间和喷油压力的灵活性,可以降低发动机噪音和Nox的排放。
共轨组成部分:一、油量控制(SCV/FCV)油量控制阀控制前往高压燃油泵的燃油流量,它配送达到或保持油轨压力所需要的燃油量。
二、高压燃油泵1.三个凸起凸轮带来每次凸轮轴旋转的六个泵油过程(每个泵完成三次泵油过程)2.经由高压油管到喷油器3. I/O-阀(整合的)4.来自油量控制阀三、高压油轨燃油泵将燃油送入油轨,然后由油轨送入喷油器。
每一喷油器通过各自的一根高压油管连接到公共燃油导轨上,系统内的油压由电控回路控制。

发动机除了本身整机外,其配件也是重要的组成部分。
大型发动机厂商在生产发动机的同时,都会将相应配件提供销售,保证后期发动机使用过程中出现故障方便替换维修。
长时间使用发动机会出现如下故障:⒈润滑油消耗异常车在行驶过程中,发动机润滑油的消耗量也比平时多,行驶一段里程,仪表盘很快就显示润滑油油量不足,这样的情况通常是因为以下3点原因:①可能是由于发动机活塞的密封有问题,导致活塞与气缸壁间隙过大,出现烧机油现象。
②可能是发动机的零部件磨损严重,使零部件之间间隙过大,导致润滑油消耗异常。
③个别发动机使用的润滑油不达标,致使润滑油消耗异常。
维修策略:①先应该检查油质、油量,必要时更换润滑油,避免因油质问题造成发动机不能正常运行。
②在排除油质问题后,应该逐一排查相关零部件,可能由于零部件严重磨损,配件间隙过大或者机油压力过高,导致机油上蹿进燃烧室。
③而机油的渗漏主要是因为密封垫变硬老化,气门卡死。
⒉发动机过热故障由于发动机的特殊构造,在运行中,易出现冷却液温度过高现象,一旦冷却液温度超出正常值,发动机不能正常散热,将导致发动机过热,影响发动机正常工作。
维修策略:冷却液温度异常时,会在汽车仪表盘上报警提示,在发现冷却液温度异常时①应停车检查,看冷却液是否泄漏。
需要注意的是,热车时不能马上停机,也不能马上加注冷却液,而是要等发动机温度正常后再操作。
②如果冷却液不少,应排查发动机节温器,风扇散热器故障,水箱是否堵塞。
3.尾气颜色异常汽油正常燃烧后的尾气颜色应该是无色的,而当发动机出现故障时,尾气颜色会有所变化。
①尾气呈黑色,就是因为燃油燃料没有充分的被燃烧。
