2使用安全须知2.1专家指导为保证安全,安装和电气接线只能由具有相关知识的专业人士进行。
针对各个环节,需要以下技能:2.1.1安装∙具有机械安装经验∙熟悉车间现有的安全标准2.1.2电气接线∙具有电气接线经验∙熟悉现有的电气安全标准2.1.3测试与初始启动有些国家和地区要求测试与初始启动必须由专业人士来进行。
2.1.4操作操作者在使用光电安全设备前,必须由有关专家进行指导培训。
2.2装置的使用2.2.1 C2000、M2000和可测试的光电安全开关安全光栅C2000是用来对机器和设备周围的危险区进行手臂安全保护的。
多光束光电安全开关M2000和可测试的光电安全开关是用来防止人员进入机器和设备周围的危险区。
因此,这些安全装置必须安装于危险区的入口处。
当至少有一条光束被遮断时,机器的危险动作就会被停止。
注释:C2000和M2000可单独使用,也可和安全控制装置、紧急停机装置或控制器LE20 一起使用组成完整的安全控制系统。

安全光幕求助编辑工作原理安全光幕也就是光电安全保护装置(也称安全保护器、冲床保护器、红外线安全保护装置等). 在现代化工厂里,人与机器协同工作,在一些具有潜在危险的机械设备上,如冲压机械、剪切设备、金属切削设备、自动化装配线、自动化焊接线、机械传送搬运设备、危险区域(有毒、高压、高温等),容易造成作业人员的人身伤害。

投光器发射出调制的红外光,由受光器接收,形成了一个保护网,当是有物体进入保护网,当从中有光线被物体挡住,通过内部控制线路,受光器电路马上作出反应,即在输出部分输出一个信号用于机床如冲床,压力机等紧急刹车。
光幕有着非常广泛的应用,比如在需要不断送取料的冲压设备上,如果安装接触式安全防护门,则需要操作人员频繁地开关防护门,这样不但增加了操作人员的工作量,而且降低了生产效率。
在这种情况下,采用光栅和光幕就是最佳的选择。
在操作人员送取料时,只要有身体的任何一部分遮断光线,就会导致机器进入安全状态而不会给操作人员带来伤害。
光束的密度多少决定了体积多大的身体部分能通过光幕才被检测。
按照人体工程学的数据,成年人的手指直径应不少于14mm,手掌厚度不少于30mm,手腕直径不少于40mm,举例:如果使用的光幕的光轴间距是40mm,光轴直径是20mm,它的分辨率是40+20=60mm,那么手值,手掌,手腕及手臂都有可能通过光幕而不会被发现。
因此,如果想获得更高的安全性,便需使用较高分辨率的光幕.使用光栅和光幕时,对安装有一定的要求,不允许出现人员能够绕过光栅和光幕而进入到危险区域的情况,也不允许在光栅和光幕附近有反射光线的表面,使接收器能够接收到反射过来的光线而无法输出安全开关信号。
另外,对光栅和光幕的使用环境也有一定的要求,如果环境中粉尘太大,会影响到光线的发射,从而影响光栅和光幕的使用。
