GMO )所加工而成。 以基因重組技術所衍生的食品，皆稱之為基因改
造食品。 現有的基因重組技術所能達成之改良特性有

如轉殖生長激素基因的鮭魚等，但目前多處於 研究階段，尚無此類基因改造食品正式上市。
基因改造作物被運用在哪裏？

过敏反应
• 对于一种食物过敏的 人有时还会对一种以前他 们不过敏的食物产生过敏， 比 转基因食品—存在隐 患 • 如：科学家将玉米的某一 段基因加入到核桃、小麦 和贝类动物的基因中，蛋 白质也随基因加了进去， 那么，以前吃玉米过敏的 人就可能对这些核桃、小 麦和贝类食品过敏
对抗生素的抵抗
