Sichuan hotpot demonstrates the inclusiveness of Chinese cuisine. The word "hot pot" is not only the name of the cooking utensils and serving utensils, but also the unity of the technique, the "eating" method and the cooking utensils and serving utensils. It expresses the harmony of Chinese cuisine.
