试乘试驾指导手册1.目的：为了规范试乘试驾流程，使试乘试驾安全、有序、高效的进行，特对试乘试驾动作规范和流程进行规范。
2.要求：2.1试驾车必须根据上海大众商品车定期保养要求定期检查和保养，以确保试驾车性能良好，无故障报警，能够随时安全使用。
2.2 试乘试驾车由专人维护，展厅经理监控及记录试驾车维护情况。
负责人必须按照试驾车管理规定进行维护（包括内部设施），以保持试驾车内外干净、整洁，确保油箱内不低于二分之一燃油，保证随时为顾客提供试乘试驾服务。
试驾车车贴破损或无车贴必须立即与展厅经理沟通，及时替换。
2.3试驾车位专车专用，任何人不得以任何原因占用或阻挡试驾车位，请注意各自商品车的停放位置。
保安必须确保其他车辆无占用试驾车位的情况。
2.4试乘试驾车专车专用，钥匙由展厅经理统一管理，除试乘试驾外，任何人不得私自动用。
如因活动原因借用试驾车，必须至少提前两天到客户管理员处进行申请备案，通过后方可使用，且必须填写借用记录，私自动用者自行承担全部责任。
2.5试驾车已安装GPS，试驾必须由经销售部考核认可的工作人员参与进行，严格按照试驾路线及试乘试驾规范行进。
其他人未经允许不得私自试驾。
2.6每次试乘试驾结束后，试乘试驾专员需确认试驾车辆当前状况，并按照规定进行相关记录。
2.7为确保试乘试驾有序规范开展，除试驾专员外，销售部指定三名驾驶技术过关的销售顾问参与试乘试驾培训，考核通过后可担任代理试驾专员，试乘试驾活动由以上四人执行。
每月对流程及执行能力进行考核。
激励：及时发现问题并上报的同事，每车予以20元激励。
试乘试驾车维护严格按照检查标准进行，不合格每项扣罚10元予以警示。
试驾车位专车专用，新车占用或阻挡试乘试驾停车位的，每车扣罚50元予以警示。
保安需确保其他车辆无占用试驾车位的情况，一经发现违规，所有当值人员扣罚20元/台。
试驾必须由试乘试驾专员或经销售部培训后认可的，具有试乘试驾资格的工作人员参与进行，严格按照试驾路线及试乘试驾规范行进。

试乘试驾指导手册二○一一年一月•试乘试驾车的管理–试乘试驾车系指上海大众要求经销商必须配备的,经过特殊装饰,专用于客户试乘试驾感受上海大众汽车产品的车辆。
经销商应有效地利用试乘试驾车辆作为销售工具，以达到促进销售的作用。
–试乘试驾车的准备：•试乘试驾车投入使用前,各经销商必须将确定的试乘试驾车辆严格按上海大众的相关规定进行装饰,办理上路手续,完成后将车辆的照片(前、正侧、后）和车牌号码反馈到上海大众备案；•试乘试驾车必须投保机动车全险；•试乘试驾车必须保证是最新款，且颜色具有代表性。
•试乘试驾车的日常管理–试乘试驾车辆绝对不得用于经销商自身或其它与试乘试驾无关的业务；–试乘试驾车辆必须保持良好的清洁和车况;–试乘试驾车必须将车内所有可以移动发出声响的物品移除(例如扶手箱或者后备厢的物品)，以确保在行驶时不会发出异响。
–每次试乘试驾车使用后要及时将常用设施（座椅、方向盘、音响等)恢复到使用前的状态；–由维修站定期对试乘试驾车辆严格按要求进行车辆的保养及维护,随时保证车辆良好状态.–试乘试驾车的钥匙由试乘试驾专员保管,销售人员凭有客户签字的《试乘试驾保证书》着试驾专员试驾。
–《试驾保证书》《试乘试驾记录表》试乘试驾线路规划•客户在经销商店头进行试乘试驾活动时,所行驶的路线必须是能体现出上海大众汽车性能特点和优势的，这样的路线需要事先进行规划,这种规划工作即称为线路剧本的设计。
•试乘试驾线路的参考要求：–长度：8-12公里（线路可重复循环）；线路起点距经销商距离最好不超过3公里.–路况良好，车流量较小，没有堵车的现象。
–至少有5公里的路段可以达到时速80km的要求.–车道为封闭式车道（路口除外)。
–应包括试乘试驾所需要的所有类型的路段,但并不一定要连续路段.试乘试驾试车员培训•一名可以为客户提供试乘试驾服务的试车员必须经过以下四个方面的培训,并通过相应的考试和考核：–试乘试驾车型产品知识培训–试乘试驾销售技巧培训–试乘试驾线路剧本培训–试乘试驾驾驶技能培训试乘试驾标准流程顾客选择目的•准订单：透过试驾活动后及可能产生购买行为的客户群•传话人:能在潜在消费者群中传播、传递对产品有助益并能形成口碑的人•酝酿期:有购车能力与购车意愿的潜在客户群，促进成交机会•密月期:久候交车的消费者、延长蜜月期、坚定顾客购买信念邀请名单来源基盘顾客–维修站老客户，车龄三年以上的忠诚顾客潜在顾客–销售顾问目前手上拥有的H、A级潜在客户久候交车–等候许久未交车顾客,对购买意愿有所动摇的顾客尝试通过试驾活动将车型转化大众媒体–相关配合良好或常有往来的报刊媒体与电子媒体•在展厅邀请客户试乘试驾的常用话术：–“刘先生，刚才我已经简单地向您介绍了这部车的性能和配备特点，不过，买车只靠看和听就做决定是不够的，买车是一件大事情！因此,在您作决定之前，我建议您先做一个试乘试驾，亲身感受一下这部车开起来到底怎么样.”–“刘先生，在决定买一部车之前,一定要先试乘试驾，这是很多有经验的购车者都会做的决定。
CHECK YOUR INSTRUMENTS AND ENGINEIf you are not using your car regularly, it is good practiceto start the engine occasionally. Once your engine isstarted, check the instrument display for any warningindicators (consult your owner’s manual if you arenot sure what any of the icons means). For Hybridvehicles, it is recommended that you press the startbutton once a week and keep it in “P” Parking modefor at least 20 minutes. For conventional vehicles(petrol or diesel), running the engine for 20-30minutes once per week is recommended. Note that to avoid inhaling exhaustfumes you should only run the engine with the vehicleoutside in the open air. Y ou should not leave yourcar unattended.ENGINE OILCheck that there is the correct amount of engine oilusing the dip stick (see owner’s manual for details).If you need to top up the oil, be sure to use therecommended type (your local Lexus Centre willbe pleased to give you advice on this).FILL UP YOUR FUEL TANKIt is good practice to keep your fuel tank full while itis not being used. This will help ensure your engineruns smoothly when you first begin to drive again.AIR CONDITIONINGOperate the air conditioning once a month to ensureproper lubrication of the system and reduce thebuild up of odours. Use full power to blow throughthe vents.12V BATTERYIf you find your 12V battery is flat, you can jump startyour car using booster cables and a second car if youhave these at home (consult your owner’s manual fordetails of the correct procedure). Alternatively, youcan contact your local roadside assistance (INSERTTELEPHONE NUMBER/LINK) or customer support(INSERT TELEPHONE NUMBER/LINK). In allcases, you should be sure to follow social distancingguidelines. The Lexus Link app provides you withmore information on how to care for the battery ofyour Lexus when not using it for a long time. HOME CAREFOR YOUR LEXUSWINDSCREENIf you are about to drive your car after a longperiod of non-use, it is a good idea to check yourwindscreen before setting off. It may have becomecovered in a build-up of dust, pollen or tree sap.If this is particularly severe, your windscreen washersystem may be unable to remove it, so use a clothwith a windscreen cleaning solution (consult yourowner’s manual for more information).TYRESAfter a long period of not being used, tyres can developa flat spot which could create a slight ride disturbanceor vibration when first driving. This will usually disappearafter driving a few miles.The following precautions will help you to avoidother tyre problems.Tyre pressure checking:- Check the tyre pressure at least once a weekduring periods of limited use.- A tyre pressure reference chart is fitted inside yourfuel filler cap, or consult the owner’s manual.Parking your Lexus f or over three weeks ofnon-use:- Inflate each tyre to 3 bar/43psi using the tyre kit inthe boot of your Lexus, which includes a pressuregauge.- Do not inflate the tyres at a fuel station or attemptto drive the car with them at 3 bar/43psi as thiscan be unsafe.- Remember to reduce the tyre pressure back tonormal before driving your car again (to ensureyou do not forget, write yourself a reminder andplace it on your instrument panel).- If your car is left for long periods in the sameposition, there is a possibility of damage to the tyrewall. To avoid this, periodically reposition your car.CHECKING YOUR BRAKESThe brakes on your Lexus could become rusty if leftoutdoors for a long period of non-use. T o remove therust and restore braking performance it is recommendedyou drive your car and brake from 30 kph to a completestop, repeating this ten times. Y ou should use normal -not heavy - braking, and ensure that it is safe to brake(i.e. no cars behind).Y ou might not be driving your Lexus as much as usual these days, so here area few simple tips to ensure it remains in premium condition, ready to give youthe best possible experience when you start to use it again.Disclaimer: The lifespan of the battery on your vehicle varies based on several factors, including usage, temperature and normal wear.
