2．教师板书以下时间和几个动词短语；通过提问形式，引导出动词短语的含义以及情态动词must的用法：T：(指着黑板上7∶25这一时刻) What’s the time?Ss：It’s 7∶25.T：Right. It’s 7∶25 now. YOU MUST GO TO SCHOOL.引导学生猜这一句话的含义，教师可借助一些动作的演示，帮助学生理解。

其他几个时间及相应的动词短语教学步骤相同。

每出现一个短语，教师可领读几遍。

3．放课文第一段录音。

教师先板书问题：What’s the time? (也可口头提问)放录音一遍，学生回答教师的问题(教师可解释about的含义)。

再放录音，学生跟读两至三遍(教师解释Let me see. 等祈使句用法)。

4．放课文第二段录音。

教师可先用汉语提问：A必须去做什么？放录音。

要求学生用英语答出：He must go home. 再放录音，学生跟读两遍。

两人一组，用书上所给的替换词，表演这个小对话(可参照练习册习题1插图)，请几组同学表演。

教师解释第二部分插图中：It’s time to go to bed. 这一句。

让学生模仿这句，说出：It’s time to go to school/go home. 等句子。

5．教师讲明“Bingo”这个游戏的要求，让学生按示范准备好一个表格，任意填上1～100之间的基数词(或按课本要求填写)，教师可叫两个学生到前面，在黑板上准备好自己的表格和数词，然后开始做这个游戏。

教师应该对自己所读的基数词有个记录，每个数词视自己学生情况读一至两遍。
