Your flat iron will then automatically adjust itself to the adequate voltage and function normally.Getting StartedIMPORTANT• Keep heated surfaces away from contact with all skin areas and eyes. Do not touch straightening plates with your fingertips.• For shorter hair, place a thin plastic comb between scalp and iron to avoidtouching scalp.• Test small section of hair before styling whole head.PREHEATING1. The LED Digital number will light up.4. Press the ‘+’ or ‘-’ buttons to adjust todesired temperature.5. To switch the temperature reading from°F to °C (or vice versa), press and holdthe ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons simultaneously until the desired temperature scale is visible. 7. 第一节零件分析本次课程设计我们小组的任务是针对生产实际中的一个零件———插入耳环。
其用于晾衣架的上端固定,当然插入耳环并不仅仅用于此,还有很多功能。
从零件图上可以看出,标有表面粗糙度符号的表面有平面、退刀槽、内孔、键槽50,粗糙度要求最等。
其中,表面粗糙度要求最低的是表面D、E,粗糙度为Ra高的是外圆Φ35,表面粗糙度为R1.6。
该外圆也是插入耳环的主要设计基准。
a从工艺上看,键槽对Φ35轴线的对称度公差为0.1,孔Φ32轴线对Φ35轴线的垂直度公差为0.5/50,可以通过使用专用机床夹具来保证。
Φ35的公差等级为IT7级,表面粗糙度为R1.6,可以通过精车来保证。
表面D、E精度要去不高可a6.5可以通过钻床,钻后再扩钻就以通过粗铣来完成,Φ32孔的内孔粗糙度为Ra可以达到精度。
C面通过粗铣就可以达到要求。
A面因为在零件工作过程中不起作用所以也通过粗铣。
对插入耳环零件图进行工艺审核后,可知该零件图视图正确、完整,尺寸、公差及技术要求齐全,加工要求合理,零件的结构工艺性较好。
第二节机械加工工艺规程制订一、确定生产类型按设计任务书,插入耳环年产量为4000件;每日3班,若插入耳环备品率为8%,机械加工废品率为1%,则该零件的年生产纲领为N=Qn(1+α%+β%)=4000×1×(1+8%+1%)件=4360件/年;可见,插入耳环的年生产量为4360件。
插入耳环可看成独立的一部分,属轻型机械。
因此,根据A表5-8,由生产纲领与生产类型的关系可确定该零件的生产为中批生产,其毛坯制造、加工设备及工艺装备的选择应呈现中批生产的工艺特点,如多采用通用设备配以专用的工艺装备等,其工艺特点见A表5-9.。
二、确定毛坯制造形成由该零件的功用及其的工作状况知。
因此,原设计单位选用了既能满足要求,价格又相对低廉的45钢,因此可以确定毛坯形式为锻造。
由B表4-3中常用毛坯的制造方法与工艺特点选择模锻。

********电动耳肿打耳器使用说明书山东省医学科学院济南益延科技发展有限公司********电动耳肿打耳器部位图一、概述:鼠耳肿胀法是解热抗炎药物筛选鉴定中常用的方法之一,因其实验方法简单,成本较低,指标直观,特异性高而深受实验人员和教学人员在喜爱,但过去实验人员又常因没有很好的器械去取耳片,而使一个简单的实验变的异常复杂,有时打孔器(胶塞打孔器)不快或卷刃,耳片打不下来;有时垫物过软耳片进入打孔器掏不出来;有时打孔器与鼠耳的相对位置不固定,出现较大偏差等等。
由于鼠耳肿胀法是一种用称重对比法来检测、验证药物的药效作用,而耳片的称重差又都是毫克级的,微小的操作误差都会直接影响到实验药物的真实性和结果的可靠性,例如:用打孔器靠近耳尖打和靠近耳根打,两耳片的重量相差5~7毫克。
又如用不快的打孔器和锋利的打孔器打下的耳片(同鼠)相差1毫克。
诸如此类原因有时使实验难以达到预期的效果。
为了解决这些问题,我们前期自主开发了********手动耳肿打耳器,虽然解决了一些问题,方便了实验。
但在实际使用中,还是存在一些问题,例如冲击弹簧拉起力较大,手力小的人操作困难,样本多时尤为明显;圆柱剪裁刀在使用中偶有卡死现象;如果使用后忘记及时清理裁刀有锈蚀情况等等,为此,我们针对这些问题进行了彻底的改进,研发出新一代的********电动耳肿打耳器。
电动耳肿打耳器,使用了电动推杆,激光定位,不锈钢冲头等新工艺,新技术,减轻了工作强度,提高了实验精度,保证了使用安全,成为了一款既适合高水平的科研实验使用,同时又适合普通的教学实验使用的实验器材。
电动耳肿打耳器采用了电动推杆为动力,冲头固定,托耳盘升降的方式,解决了从冲头中心射出激光束为耳片提供定位点的问题,保证了冲耳片的精准性,同时也方便了冲头的更换。
电动耳肿打耳器,配有三种冲头,Φ8 mm,Φ7 mm, Φ6mm,适合不同品系,不同大小的动物,(如有特殊规格要求还可定制),冲头使用了马氏刀具用不锈钢制成,锋利、不锈,可连续使用2万次无需磨砺,冲头上部带有推出杆,可将冲下的耳片从冲头中推出,放置到盛接器皿中。
产品技术规范说明
1、定义
铜耳(又称:铜压接型接线端子):用压接方式使电力电缆末端导体与用电装置接线端相连端相连的导电金具,通常它与电缆导体连接一端为管状,与用电装置连接的另一端为特定形状的平板。
2、标准要求
铜耳应满足国标《GBT 14315-2008电力电缆导体用压接型铜、铝接线端子和连接管》。
3、材料要求
3.1、铜板应不低于GB/T 5231-2001三号铜(T3)的规定;
3.2、铜挤压棒材应按GB/T 4423-2007规定的相应规格选用。
4、表面要求
4.1、铜耳半成品在表面处理前,应退火,退火后的硬度HB应不大于62。
4.2、铜耳表面采用镀锡处理,镀层应均匀,色泽一致,无脱皮。
4.3、铜耳内外表面应该光结平滑,不允许有毛刺、裂纹、锐边、折叠;端子板应平整。

其用于晾衣架的上端固定,当然插入耳环并不仅仅用于此,还有很多功能。
从零件图上可以看出,标有表面粗糙度符号的表面有平面、退刀槽、内孔、键槽50,粗糙度要求最等。
其中,表面粗糙度要求最低的是表面D、E,粗糙度为Ra1.6。
该外圆也是插入耳环的主要设计基准。
高的是外圆Φ35,表面粗糙度为Ra从工艺上看,键槽对Φ35轴线的对称度公差为0.1,孔Φ32轴线对Φ35轴线的垂直度公差为0.5/50,可以通过使用专用机床夹具来保证。
Φ35的公差等级为IT7级,表面粗糙度为R1.6,可以通过精车来保证。
表面D、E精度要去不高可a6.5可以通过钻床,钻后再扩钻就以通过粗铣来完成,Φ32孔的内孔粗糙度为Ra可以达到精度。
C面通过粗铣就可以达到要求。
A面因为在零件工作过程中不起作用所以也通过粗铣。
对插入耳环零件图进行工艺审核后,可知该零件图视图正确、完整,尺寸、公差及技术要求齐全,加工要求合理,零件的结构工艺性较好。
第二节机械加工工艺规程制订一、确定生产类型按设计任务书,插入耳环年产量为4000件;每日3班,若插入耳环备品率为8%,机械加工废品率为1%,则该零件的年生产纲领为N=Qn(1+α%+β%)=4000×1×(1+8%+1%)件=4360件/年;可见,插入耳环的年生产量为4360件。
插入耳环可看成独立的一部分,属轻型机械。
因此,根据A表5-8,由生产纲领与生产类型的关系可确定该零件的生产为中批生产,其毛坯制造、加工设备及工艺装备的选择应呈现中批生产的工艺特点,如多采用通用设备配以专用的工艺装备等,其工艺特点见A表5-9.。
二、确定毛坯制造形成由该零件的功用及其的工作状况知。
因此,原设计单位选用了既能满足要求,价格又相对低廉的45钢,因此可以确定毛坯形式为锻造。
由B表4-3中常用毛坯的制造方法与工艺特点选择模锻。
该零件的形状不是十分复杂,因此毛坯的形状与零件的形状应尽量接近。
所以用150×77×44的毛坯。
确定加工余量及毛坯尺寸该零件材料为45钢,屈服强度为600MPA,Φ35轴用单边余量2.5mm,两边余量5.0mm,所以毛坯尺寸Φ40,在轴向方向3mm,所以毛坯轴向长度为150mm选择加工设备三、选择定位基准定位基准的选择是工艺规程制订中的重要工作,它是工艺路线是否正确合理的前提。
正确与合理地选择定位基准,可以确保加工质量、缩短工艺过程、简化工艺装备结构与种类、提高生产率。
所以在做此零件时,我们选择Φ35轴线为基准,并且此基准为设计基准,即遵循“基准重合”的原则。
该基准还可作为大部分工序的定位基准,加工其他的次要表面,体现了“基准统一”的选择原则。
四、选择加工方法1.平面的加工平面的加工方法很多,有车、刨、铣、磨、拉等。
对于本零件由于表面D、E粗糙度为Ra 50,通过粗铣就可以达到。
而对于C面粗糙度为Ra6.3通过粗铣也可以达到。
而表面A的粗糙度要求为Ra12.5根据GB/T 1804-2000规定,选用中等级,相当于IT13级,故可考虑粗车或粗端铣。
2 外圆与退刀槽、攻螺纹外圆Φ35的加工在本零件中很重要。
本次选用CA6140车床,由于表面粗糙度R1.6,所以采用粗车-半精车-精车。
而对于外圆Φ27,表面要进行攻螺纹,a所以进行粗车就可以了。
在粗车过后再用螺纹车刀进行攻螺纹。
3孔加工Φ32孔内壁粗糙度为R6.3所以就用钻-扩,钻孔后扩孔就可以达到这个精度a要求,满足安装配合E9,并且用YT锥柄麻花钻。
Φ5的销孔,直接用枪孔钻就可以加工出来。
4槽加工对槽的加工,槽的要求为R a3.2所以用X6132万能铣床,进过粗铣-精铣就可以达到。
五、制定工艺路线根据零件本身要求及先粗后精的加工原则,插入耳环的加工工艺路线如下:工序05:模锻毛坯工序10:45钢正火,为机加工作准备工序15:粗铣二边表面由于表面粗糙度要求很低所以以任意端面为粗定位,用专用夹具夹紧,铣表面到尺寸。
工序20:粗铣C面由于C面有粗糙度要求所以用专用夹具夹紧,铣表面到尺寸。
工序25:粗车Φ35外圆粗车毛坯Φ40到Φ36外圆,用专用夹具夹紧,粗车到规定尺寸工序30:粗车Φ27,倒角C1在已经被粗车到Φ36的外圆上,用专用夹具夹紧,继续粗车相应的尺寸到Φ27,并且倒倒角C1工序35:车退刀槽Φ24在相应尺寸用切槽刀加工退刀槽Φ24,用专用夹具夹紧。
工序40:进行热处理调质工序45:半精车Φ35在粗加工过后进行半精加工,由Φ36的外圆车到Φ35.2 工序50:精车Φ35在半精加工后进行精加工,由Φ35.2的外圆到Φ35 工序55:车锥面,倒角C2进行车锥面,并且倒倒角C2工序60:攻螺纹M27×1.5-6h用螺纹车刀在Φ27外圆上进行攻螺纹。
工序65:钻Φ32的孔用专业的钻床夹具,进行钻孔工序70:扩Φ32的孔为达到内壁粗糙度进行扩孔,满足精度要求。
工序75:钻Φ5的销孔在螺纹规定尺寸处进行销孔的加工。
工序80:粗铣键槽用铣床专用夹具,进行键的加工。
工序85:精铣键槽用铣床专用夹具,进行键的加工工序90:铣A面按照零件图规定铣A面六、确定加工余量由《机械制造工艺学》第30至31页的表1—10,表1——11,表1——12确定其加工的的经济精度和经济粗糙度。

选择加工方法,因此机床的类型也随之确定。
至于机床的型号,主要取决于现场的设备情况。
若零件加工余量比较大,加工材料又较硬,有必要校验机床功率。
在本设计中,我们小组最终选择的机床,其经济精度和零件表面的设计要求相适应,初步选定各工序机床如下:(1)工序15:X62W 卧式铣床。
(2)工序20、75、80、85:X6132万能铣床。
(3)工序25、30、35、45、50、55、60:选择CA6140车床(4)工序65、70:选用Z3025钻床。
选择夹具对于成批生产的零件,大多采用专用机床夹具。
在保证加工质量、操作方便、满足高校的前提下,亦可部分采用通用夹具。
本机械加工工艺规程中所有工序采用了专用机床夹具,需专门设计,制造。
七、确定切削用量及基本时间切削用量包括切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量,确定方法是先确定背吃刀量,再进给量,最后确定切削速度。
不同的加工性质,对切削加工的要求不一样。
粗加工时,应尽量保证较高的金属切削率和必要的刀具耐用度,故一般优先选择尽可能大的背吃刀量,其次选择较大的进给量,最后根据刀具耐用度要求,确定适合的切削速度。
精加工时,首先应保证工件的加工精度和表面质量要去,故一般选用较小的背吃刀量和进给量,而尽可能选用较高的切削速度。
(一)工序15本道工序是粗铣端面,已知加工材料为45钢,机床选用XA5032立式铣床,选用刀具为高速钢镶齿套式面铣刀,其参数:直径d-125mm,孔径D=40mm ,宽L=40mm ,齿数z=14.根据【8】表5-26确定铣刀角度,选择前角Υ=200,后角α=120,主偏角k=600,,螺旋角β=100,已知铣削宽度为57mm ,铣削背吃刀量为ap=4mm1.确定每齿进给量根据【8】表5-13知XA5032型立式铣床的主电动机功率为7.5KW ,查表5-27知当工艺系统刚性中等、镰齿端铣刀加工钢料时,其每齿进ap=0.08-0.15mm/z 。
由于本工序背吃刀量和铣削宽度较大,选择最小的每齿进给量af=0.08mm/z 。
根2. 选择铣刀磨钝标准和耐用度据【8】表5-28,用高速钢镰齿端铣刀粗加工钢料时,选择铣刀后刀面磨损极限为1.8mm ,查表【8】5-29知铣刀直径d=125mm 时,经插值得端铣刀的合理耐用度T=150min 。
铣削速度可以通过计算得出,但是其计算公式比较复杂,实际生产中使用并不多,这里通过查表确定。
3.确定切削速度V 和工作台每分钟进给量vf查表【8】5-30知,高速钢铣刀铣削速度为15-25m/min ,则所需铣床主轴转速范围是 n= 3.14*d v 1000=38.2--63.7r/m根据XA5032机床的标准主轴转速,由表5-13选取n=60r/min ,则实际铣削速度为 V=1000dn *14.3=23.55m/min 工作台每分钟进给量为vf=fn=afzn=0.08x14x60mm/min=67.2mm/min根据表5-13中工作台标准纵向进给量,选取vf=60mm/min,则实际的每齿进给量为af=vf/zn=0.071mm/z ;4.校验机床功率由表【8】5-31和5-32知,铣削力FZ 和铣削功率P 计算如下:F=336.15N P=1.31KW最后所确定的切削用量为ap=4mmaf=0.071mm/zvf=60mm/minv=0.39mm/s5基本时间T=l/fn=0.94min2t=1.84min(二)粗车Φ35外圆本道工序是粗车Φ35外圆,已知加工材料为45钢,机床为CA6140卧式车床,专用夹具,所选刀具为YT15硬质合金车刀 。
1.确定背吃刀量由前述可知,切削单边加工余量为2.0mm ,即背吃刀量a p =2.0mm2.确定进给量:根据《金属加工工艺及工装设计》第95页表4-53可知,当加工45钢时,车刀刀杆尺寸B ×H 为20×30,背吃刀量a p =2.0mm ,则进给量f=0.4~0.5mm/r ,根据《金属加工工艺及工装设计》第91页表4-43进给量值可知,取横向f=0.4mm/r 。
