2荤素搭配的菜肴烹饪时先放素菜,然后放荤菜,如有年糕、炒面要放在最上层,以免粘底。
五.翡翠虾仁1基围虾剥壳,加百胡椒粉、盐、淀粉腌制10分钟以上,西兰花掰成适口小块,胡萝卜切片,制蒜泥,待用;2冷锅中放少许油,开中小火,蒜泥炒出香味;3依次放入西兰花、胡萝卜、虾仁(入锅前,将虾仁腌制后多余水分用纸巾吸干),加少许水,盖上锅盖;4等锅边有蒸汽冒出,关火,加蚝油和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,即可出锅。
青椒鱿鱼1鱿鱼洗净,切成卷曲的花,放少许料酒,腌制10分钟,青椒切菱形块,待用;2冷锅中放少许油,依次放青椒、鱿鱼,盖上锅盖,开中小火;3等锅边有蒸汽冒出,关火,加盐、白胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,即可出锅。
六.炒三菇1猪肉切片,用淀粉、料酒、盐腌制10分钟左右待用,蘑菇香菇切片,金针菇切3厘米长段,待用;2冷锅中放少许油,依次放菇、肉,淋少许水,盖上锅盖,开中小火;3等锅边有蒸汽冒出,关火,加少许盐和生抽,搅拌均匀,即可出锅。
花生糖原料配比是一斤花生一斤糖,猪妞第一次做,只用了不到半斤花生那么,就半斤糖好了。
为了不破坏厨房,猪妞久把战场选择在餐厅餐桌上结合电磁炉进行,毕竟……懒哈!容易清洁哒!第一步,熬糖,加点食用油(人家特百惠用的是近2000米的尊钢锅熬制,猪妞就用自家小奶锅)熬制成金黄色第二步,其实是在第一步之前进行好哈!把花生仁用微波炉烤香,嘎嘣脆!去掉红外衣第三步,把花生仁装进保鲜袋,用刀背压碎碎哈!第四步,将花生碎碎放进熬好的糖液中,不断的搅拌至均匀第五步,取出花生糖,用刀背压平,然后切成小块块!第六步,冷却后就可以吃哒!装进美美的小点心盒里储存吧!花生糖热量超高,不要贪吃哦!果醋制作方法所需物料:柠檬2-3个、冰糖5两、白米醋1斤陈装产品:大油壶制作方法:将柠檬洗净擦干切片和冰糖一起放入大油壶内,再倒入白米醋密封保存即可。
最好密封保存在60天口感更加。
