5.解除信号线,用绝缘胶带保护好信号线及其电缆标号。

6.拆除变送器引压管接头，并用胶带妥善保护引压管头部。

7.拆除变送器固定螺丝,将变送器从支架上取下来。

8.对变送器清扫表面灰尘,用白胶布作好设备标签贴至变送器表面。

9.变送器送至校验场所并放置2小时以上,待校验。

二、校验前检查1.变送器外观完整,无污物,铭牌完整。

2.外观检查无变送器硅油漏泄。

3.机械部件完整无损。

三、压力变送器校验1、密封性检查注：首次校验应进行此项校验，后续校验合使用中检验可不进行此项校验。

1 ）平稳地升压（或疏空），使压力变送器测量室压力达到测量上限（或当地大气压力90 ％的疏空）。

2 ）关闭压力源保持密封15分钟，应无泄漏。

3 ）在最后5 分钟内通过压力表观察，其压力值下降（或上升）不得超过测量上限值的2 ％。

4 ）差压变送器在进行密封性检查时，高低压力容室连通，并同时引入额定工作压力进行观察。

2、调整前测试1 ．选择与变送器相适应加压装置及压力模块。

2 ．将被检变送器与加压装置、压力模块、福禄克、3051 变送器手操器相连接好。

3 ．按信号量程的25 ％递增，从0 ％到100 ％依次对变送器加压，读取每点电流指示值，作好记录。

4 ．加压至量程的100 ％后逐渐减压，在100 ％到0 ％之间按量程的25 ％递减，观察各点电流值，并作好记录。

5 ．重复步骤3和4一次，将误差较大一次的数据作为最终数据记录。

6 ．检查上述操作中零点和满量程无漂移。

7 ．计算基本误差及回程误差，保留小数位2 位。

8 ．基本误差及回差小于等于量程的±0.5 % （±0.08mA ) ，则此变送器精度合格。

9 ．基本误差及回差大于量程的±0.5 % （±0.08mA ) ，则此变送器精度不合格，需要调整。
