全球主要煤化工企业对标分析(1)沙索集团——全球唯一的煤制油商业化生产商1)公司概况南非的沙索集团是世界上最大的合成燃料和石化产品生产商之一,全球惟一一家煤制油技术的商业化生产商。
1950年成立,总部设于南非约翰内斯堡,下设9个主要大公司,业务领域涉及矿产、合成燃料、化学、油品、气体、科技、石油和金融。
沙索集团拥有3.4万名员工,主要利用煤和天然气生产液体燃料和化学品,在全球30多个国家和地区从事生产和销售业务,产品销往120个国家,2008年营业额178亿美元,利润46.3亿美元。
1954年,沙索在南非沙索尔堡建成世界上第一个煤制油工厂,并于次年投产;1980年和1983年又在塞空达相继建成另外两家煤制油工厂。
目前三家工厂每年消耗煤炭总计约4590万吨,生产的汽油、柴油、石蜡和各种化工产品共有113种,年总产量约760万吨,其中油品占60%左右。
沙索成立60年来,累计生产了15亿桶燃料,满足了南非燃油市场28%的需求。
2)沙索在中国2002年,沙索集团开始与中国进行了接触。
2004年1月,中国国家发改委选择神华和宁煤两家煤业集团与沙索合作,在宁夏建造一座煤制油工厂。
2005年11月,第一阶段可行性研究结束,2006年6月沙索与中方签署了项目合作协议。
此后又启动了第二阶段可行性研究,并于2009年12月将宁夏—沙索煤制油项目申请报告提交至中国国家发改委审核。
这一合作项目计划年产400万吨高品质油品,其中75%为柴油。
(2)美国GE——全面进入中国煤化工领域1)公司概况美国GE是一家多元化公司,产品和服务设计的领域十分广泛,其中以电力和清洁煤为主的能源业务是GE的重要业务板块之一。
GE的煤气化技术和市场成功运作在行业内处于世界领先地位,其中GE煤气化技术应用在合成氨、氢气及甲醇等生产领域已达60年之久,截至2009年,在全球已获得GE气化技术专利许可的用户中,有65家企业正在运行,还有20家企业处于工程设计或建设阶段。
3组主要气化工艺及8种典型气化炉图文详解!一、气化简介气化是指含碳固体或液体物质向主要成分为H2和CO的气体的转换。
所产生的气体可用作燃料或作为生产诸如NH3或甲醇类产品的化学原料。
气化的限定化学特性是使给料部分氧化;在燃烧中,给料完全氧化,而在热解中,给料在缺少O2的情况下经过热降解。
气化的氧化剂是O2或空气和,一般为蒸汽。
蒸汽有助于作为一种温度调节剂作用;因为蒸汽与给料中的碳的反应是吸热反应(即吸收热)。
空气或纯O2的选择依几个因素而定,如给料的反应性、所产生的气体用途和气化炉的类型。
气化最初的主要应用是将煤转化成燃料气,用于民用照明和供暖。
虽然在中国(及东欧)气化仍有上述用途,但在大多数地区,由于可利用天然气,这种应用已逐渐消亡。
最近几十年中,气化主要用于石化工业,将各种碳氢化合物流转换成"合成气",如为制造甲醇,为生产NH3提供H2或为石油流氢化脱硫或氢化裂解提供H2。
另外,气化更为专门的用途还包括煤转换为合成汽车燃料(在南非应用)和生产代用天然气(SNG)(至今未有商业化应用,但在70年代末和80年代初已受到重视)。
二、气化工艺的种类有多种不同的气化工艺。
这些工艺在某些方面差别很大,例如,技术设计、规模、参考经验和燃料处理。
最实用的分类方法是按流动方式分,即按燃料和氧化剂经气化炉的流动方式分类。
正像传统固体燃料锅炉可以划分成三种基本类型(称为粉煤燃烧、流化床和层燃),气化炉分为三组:气流床、流化床和移动床(有时被误称为固动床)。
流化床气化炉完全类似于流化床燃烧器;气流床气化炉的原理与粉煤燃烧类似,而移动床气化炉与层燃类似。
每种类型的特性比较见表1。
