CP1E的原点搜索和原点返回实验设备:CP1E-NA20DT-D一台,电脑一台WindowXP系统,CX-Programmer Ver9.4,开关电源。
实验目的:了解原点搜索个参数的定义。
掌握原点搜索功能,使用ORG指令建立外部原点。
实验步骤:1、系统概述,硬件搭建和接线①用市售的普通USB电缆将CP1E直接连接到电脑的USB口。
图1-1②用24V开关电源给CP1E供电。
图1-22、软件设置①新建PLC,选择CP1E。
图1-3②在设定中选择NA。
图1-4③点击确定进入编程。
设置脉冲输出相关内容。
其中运行模式(操作模式)有三个,模式0、1、2。
模式0是指不使用错误计数器复位输出,定位完成输入。
模式1是指使用错误计数器复位输出,定位完成输入。
模式2是指使用错误计数器复位输出,带定位完成输入。
原点检测方法(侦测方法)有三种方法0是有原点附近输入信号的反转。
方法1是无原点附近输入信号的反转。
方法2是不使用原点附近输入信号。
3、编程说明I、原点搜索①ORG指令各操作数解释如下:图1-5P为端口定义:当值为#0000时,代表脉冲输出0,当值为#0001时,代表脉冲输出1。
C为控制数据:图1-6②当原点搜索时:图1-7实验现象:图1-8将开关电源的负接CP1E的COM端,因为是操作模式0,所以要先引入原点附近输入信号的“OFF-ON-OFF”后的原点输入信号。
即开关电源的正先触发10号输入端子,即给CPU一个原点接近信号。
在将电源的正端触发06号输入端子,即给CPU一个原点输入信号。
4.编程说明II、原点返回①在有原点的情况下才能执行原点返回,也就是说返回原点前先要确定原点,即原点搜索。
因为执行的是原点返回指令,所以ORG指令的控制数据写为#1100。
图1-9②程序中设置如下:图1-10实验现象开始先触发W0.02进行原点搜索,当原点标志位A280.05变为0则表示原点已经搜索到。
此时触发W0.00发脉冲,当脉冲发送完,触发W0.01,执行原点返回。
