操作
1、温度和通风设置
(1)按下键,显示“Sp”
(2)用键设置所需温度
* FED热风循环烘箱的温度范围为:室温以上5℃—300℃(3)选定所需温度,显示约2秒后,仪器默认该值为设定值(4)按键进入风扇速度显示
(5)用键设置所需风扇的百分速率
*风扇速率为0%~100%
(6)选定所需风扇速率,显示约2秒后,仪器默认该值为设定值(7)按键返回实际温度(或60秒后自动返回)
2、设置持续工作
(1)按键,计时器显示当前工作状态,如:
* 显示“t1”约1秒,然后变为输入界面
(2)按“”键直至显示屏显示“tlnf”(无穷大)
* 选定所需温度约2秒后,仪器默认该值为设定值
* 在设定温度下将持续进行加热及通风工作,直至取消该操作3.关机
按住面板上的开关键,烘箱断电。

binder烘箱操作规程烘箱是一种常见的食品加工设备,用于烘烤、烘干等工艺过程。

三、注意事项1. 操作人员需穿戴好工作服、帽子、口罩和手套,保持个人卫生;2. 操作烘箱时,应保持专注,避免分心或离开工作岗位;3. 不得将易燃、易爆、有毒等危险物品放入烘箱内;4. 烤盘、烤网等工具应定期清洗和消毒,以防止交叉污染;5. 若发现烘箱出现异常情况,如温度升高或设备故障等,应及时停止操作,并报告上级负责人;6. 使用完烘箱后,应按要求关闭电源,确保安全;7. 禁止随意调整烘箱内的控制器和仪表参数,若有需要,应由专人负责。

2、确保安装位置平稳,搬运时禁止抬门把手或门。
3、VD真空干燥箱不能堆叠放置,如多台同型号真空箱摆放应之间距离最小250mm。
4、连接正确的电源(230V±10%,50-60HZ)。
5、连接真空泵(BINDER的真空泵能力1-30m3/h,抽真空可达10ˉ2mbar)注意:1、禁止放易燃、易爆物质到VD真空箱内。
2、环境温度不能超出22oC过多,否则不同的环境条件,相关指定的技术数据有偏差。
过高的环境温度可能导致VD真空箱内温度波动。
三、参数设置图5 程度控制RD31、温度控制器电源开关打到“1”处,显示屏1显示实际温度(室温),显示屏2显示设置温度。
加热时,加热指示灯亮,当到达设置温度时,加热指示灯灭。
