原创论文应提出实质性的新发现，从未公开发表或提交到其它地方；篇长不超10页（一页约相当850字，或3幅插图及图片说明，或55篇参考文献），应按下面的具体安排组织。
综述不应超过25页。

投稿意味着：论文投出之前从未发表过的；没有考虑在其它地方投稿；投稿已经所有合作的作者（如果有的话）同意，以及由主管部门（开展科研工作的单位）默许或明确同意。
出版商不承担任何索赔的法律责任。
作者希望使用已经在其它地方发表的图，表，或文本的段落，都必须取得着作权人的许可，许可使用在印刷和在线两种方式上。
而且在投稿时还要有证据证明这种许可已经被授权。
任何没有收到这样证据的材料都会被认为来源于作者。
