学了十几年的英语也没有在听说读写上有多大实质性的进步。
看美剧没有字幕是完全无法看懂的,其实这真是多年来我们都把语言学偏了。
语言的终极目的是交流、沟通,那么听无疑就是它最本质的用途。
想想我们当年是怎么学英语的?词汇、语法、看着答案选填空……这些东西都和语言最本质的用途相差甚远。
小孩子斗大的字不识一个不是一样能说会听吗?为什么?就是听得多呗。
大家都明白的道理,但是用在学英语上好像就把这个自然法则忘记了。
其实我们是不是应该抱有平常心,英语和中文一样就是一门交流的工具而已啊,何必把它看得那么重?何必要觉得英语有任何的“优越感”?父母首先应该用中庸的立场来看待学习英语这件事,通常孩子的态度就不会偏离正道太远。
