Parkour, also known as freerunning, was created in France in the 80‘s. The word Parkour came from the French word “parcourir”, meaning “running through” and containing the concept of traversing obstacles. Parkour uses an entire city as a training range. Any walls or roofs can be climbed and traversed, especially via abandoned houses. This makes it interesting to watch Parkour in progress. The activity helps you to move over any obstacles and to reach a destination with your own strength. Not only is this an artistic sport, it is also a way of life. One’s free spirit can extend without limit through running, jumping, and climbing. Parkour is an expression of deeply ingrained（根深蒂固的） human instinct （天性）of motion and movement. This is a sport that truly requires warrior （勇士）spirit.
