不符合法律、法规要求,会危害人身安全,财产损失,或产品丧失功能无法

不属于严重缺陷,但会造成功能降级,或部分缺失,或变形等而无法组装以
及按用户设计目的无常使用的
3.1.3次要缺陷(Minor-MI):
非上述缺陷,不影响产品功能的使用,不易造成客户投诉的缺陷。
如包装
方式,可擦去的脏污等,一般为外观或组装上的问题
3.3检验条件
3.4.1照度:白色荧光灯,光源距离产品50(+/-5)cm左右,检验台照度在
500~1000Lux
3.4.2检验距离:距离被检产品面30cm,产品相对视线在30~135度围倾斜,持
续注视5秒左右

石家庄炼化分公司重要物资检验大纲二零壹壹年七月管(板)材1.交货验收以批为单位进行。
每批系指每次交货的同型式、同规格且生产工艺相同的产品组成。
2.交货验收包括质量证明书、外观、材质和内在品质的验收。
3.交货验收时,应提供技术协议或相应的标准,不能提供的,测试单位有权选取相应的标准作为测试依据。
4.质量证明书验收,应包括制造厂名称及制造日期、产品名称及规格、化学分析及机械性能试验结果、检验标记等项目。
5.设计要求进行低温冲击韧性试验的材料,应附有低温冲击试验结果的文件。
6.产品外观检验1)表面不允许涂漆,唛头标注清晰且无涂改痕迹。
2)表面不应有裂纹、裂缝、凹坑、严重划伤、折迭、重皮、补焊焊疤等缺陷;罐板的外观质量应参照压力容器类钢板的外观质量进行检查。
3)外径、壁厚检查,测试结果应符合相关标准的规定。
7.对管(板)材的检验按照表1、2验收。
8.初次抽查中发现不合格项,应扩大比例(2倍)进行检查。
若扩大比例检查中仍发现不合格项时,整批物资作退货处理。
检验费用由供应商承担。
9.定购合同、技术协议中注明的其它要求,严格按照技术协议执行。
10.必要时,应进行制造过程的抽查。
压力容器1.技术文件、资料的审查1)竣工图样应有设计单位印章(复印章无效),加盖竣工图章,图章上应有制造单位名称、制造许可证编号和竣工图字样。
2)产品质量证明书及铭牌的拓印件。
3)压力容器产品安全质量监督检验证书(未实施监检的除外)。
4)移动式压力容器还应提供产品使用说明书、随车工具及安全附件清单、底盘使用说明书。
5)外协取得的封头、锻件等受压元件,其制造单位提供的产品质量证明书。
2.外观检查1)对于碳素钢和低合金钢制容器的外表面、可进行除锈操作的内表面以及其他须涂敷防腐涂料的涂覆表面应予以清理除锈,除锈时应防止对容器表面造成损伤,除锈后的钢材表面应满足相关标准的要求。
2)除锈后应将容器内部的残留物清理干净。
3)容器壳体和内件的涂漆应遵循设计图样和相关标准的要求,从严执行;漆膜应均匀,不应有气泡、龟裂、流挂和剥落等缺陷。

ROSH 检验和制程要求基础知识。

Q2. 如果整合报告符合ROHS要求,那么在实际工厂生产的过程中如何控制供应商按ROHS要求提供原材料?是否每批进来的原材料都要抽样送检?答:在线监控测试(比如XRF)来跟踪供应商提供的原材料质量;同时配合抽样送检确认。
Q3. 塑料件是送检原材料“塑料米”还是送检待测的成型的塑料部件?答:建议送成型的塑料部件。

同时对物料中ROHS环境有害物质进行管制。
二、抽样方法:依据MIL-STD-105E 正常“Ⅱ”级抽样,必要时可采用加严抽样。
AQL:CRI=0 MAJ=0.65 MIN=1.5.对各种板材采用特殊规定:每批板材进料检验,每批来料抽样1PCS,若发现有一项主要缺陷时,则依实际情况加严抽检至5PCS,如再发现主缺陷时,判定拒收。

四、测量设备:平台、游标卡尺、千分尺、米尺、万能角度尺、高度尺、针规、薄厚塞规、半径规、百分表、投影仪、导电率测试仪、耐压测试仪、盐雾测试机、拉力器、锡炉、数显干燥箱、专用检具、适配样品等检测工具。
五、检查项目:1.板材(铝板、镀锌板、黄铜板、紫铜板、电解板、铁板、不锈钢带、马口铁)。
2.外协产品:镀锡、镀镍、镀锌、铜钝化、阳极氧化、氧化发黑、喷涂等其它电镀件及外购螺母、螺柱。
3.各种型材(铝型材、铜排)4.PC板(绝缘隔热板)5、电子元器件(PTC片、温控器、熔断器、连接线)6.塑胶类(左右支架、盖板、塞头、绝缘片、云母片)7.五金类(五金支架、电极板、插销等)8.铁丝(铁线材)此类材料只测直径;直径符合订货要求,粗细均匀一致即可。
有害物质管理控制程序1. 目的通过建立、实施和保持有害物质管理体系,预防受限制或禁用物质在进料、生产用物料、元器件、产品和制程中的使用并符合相关法规及顾客要求。
2. 适用范围适用于公司在生产制造、包装、储存、运输过程的零件、材料及设备的有害物质管理,确保满足相关法规、顾客及相关方的要求,有害物质参照《有害物质清单》。
3. 定义3.1有害物质(HS):泛指任何物质列表于WEEE、ROHS及REACH指令,以及任何顾客所额外要求禁止使用的,且可与“限制物质”互换使用。
3.2无有害物质(HSF):泛指减少或消除列表于WEEE、ROHS及REACH指令,以及其他适用的标准或法律法规。
3.3限制物质(Restricted Substance):泛指任何物质列表于WEEE、ROHS及REACH指令,以及任何顾客所额外要求禁止使用的,且可与“有害物质”互换使用。
4. 职责4.1 公司品质部负责组织制订和不断完善无有害物质管理流程,确保符合体系运行要求和公司内部实际运作要求;负责在与供应商及客户的协议中签订有关满足有害物质要求的控制条款,负责对物料供方进行相关的监督及考核。
4.2 公司品质部负责制订有害物质的含量达标标准,技术条件;负责组织相关单位或人员进行有害物质控制要求的相关培训。
4.3 营销部负责及时提供外部市场的最新信息及要求,负责在客户化文件中明确相关限用物质要求。
4.4 采购部负责寻找符合无有害物质要求的有资质的检测机构,并负责与其签订相关合作事宜的协议。
4.5 品质部负责收集国外关于适用于无有害物质的标准或法律法规要求,负责监督各职能单位对有害物质控制的相关工作的完成进度;并牵头组织编制相关标准、通知及相关整改文件,并维护到公司内部文件进行正式公布以及相应的考核。
4.6 设计部门负责参与制订或完善相关技术文件。
4.7 品质部负责对所有外协外购物料进行相应的禁用限用物质符合性抽查,对生产过程进行检验,控制有害物质的混入,在生产过程中严格审核各种相关的绿色标识(如ROHS绿色标识)。
ROHS物料风险等级与检测管理规范(QC080000-2017/ISO9001-2015)1.0目的:为规范公司ROHS测试作业,完善公司ROHS管控能力,特制定本测试规范。
2.0适用范围:适用于公司的所有物料/产品/治工具之ROHS测试作业。
3.0名词定义:ROHS:“在电子电气设备中限制使用某些有害物质指令”(The Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment),简称RoHS指令。
基本内容是:从2006年7月1日起,在新投放市场的电子电气设备产品中,限制使用铅、汞、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯(PBB)和多溴二苯醚(PBDE)等六种有害物质。
4.0职责:采购课: 负责ROHS物料之供应商选择,评估,确认及辅料购买品保课:ROHS物料之供应商品质管理,及ROHS物料之受入检查管理。
资材课:负责ROHS物料之保存,仓储及区分管制5.0作业内容:5.1 ROHS物料的受入检查5.1.1 ROHS物料的受入检查参照《进料检验管理程序》执行。
5.1.2 ROHS供应商初期样品承认时须提供第三方权威机构的环保管制物质测试报告,如 SGS。
5.1.3 供应商首次送料时必须使用测试ROHS管制物质是否符合要求。
5.1.4 公司使用纳优X射线荧光分析仪(型号:NaU-E650),指定专人操作设备,对物料/治工具进行环保管制物质检测,具体操作见相应的作业指导书。
5.1.5 品保课定义需要检测环保物料/治工具清单,见附件一,并对需检测的物质作出详细的【环境管制物质检测计划】,每批或定期检测物料及治工具。
5.1.6 测试标准参照欧盟指令2005/618/EC相关要求,针对以下物质进行检测。
