语法重点分析1：compare比较。

比较级，是英语中特殊的一种用法，常常会有than作为连接和标志，比较级针对于形容词，需要在形容词身后加er,字母y结尾需要去y变i加er,字母e结尾，直接加r，双音节以上的形容词，不需要在其身后加er，而是在形容词前加more，表示更。

例如：The green dress is smaller than the blue one.绿色的裙子比那条蓝色的要小。

I think the blue dress is prettier.我认为蓝色的那件裙子更漂亮些。

I'm afraid I haven't got a larger dress.恐怕我没有更大的裙子了。

It was hotter yesterday.相比较昨天更热些。

This year the crowd is larger.今年人会更多些。

语法重点分析2：最高级，表示经比较后最突出最出众的一个，使用时要在形容词的后面加est,如果是y结尾的形容词要去y 变i加est,同比较级一样，部分形容词要双写最后一个字母，例如hottest biggest thinnest等，双音节以上的单词要在前面加the most，注意the不能丢。

This is the largest dress in the shop.这是商店里最大的一件裙子。

Jimmy is the tallest student in our class. 吉米是班里个子最高的学生。

The green suitcase is the heaviest of them all.那只绿色的行李箱是它们中最重的一个。

注意：比较级一定要有一个比较的对象compare，最高级一定要有一个比较的范围。

在⽐较级和级形式中，这个辅⾳字母要双写： big----bigger----biggest thin----thinner----thinnest C 许多单⾳节形容词以-e结尾，如 nice。

这些形容词只需在原级形式后加-r和-st： large----larger----largest nice----nicer----nicest D 有些形容词以-y结尾，⽽在-y前是⼀个辅⾳字母。

as well同样，也（一般放在句末，相当于too）either也表示也，也是放在句子末尾，但是和too不一样的是either只用在否定句，如I don't like the colour either.我也不喜欢这个颜色。

It doesn't suit me at all.它一点也不适合我。

suit sb表示适合于某人，not...at all表示一点也不Could you show me another blue dress?你能向我展示一下另一件蓝色的裙子吗？。

too 和very 的区别：too 强调的是超出了正常的限度；very强调达到了一定的程度，正是我们所需要的程度。

I like the colour very much.【译文】我很喜欢这颜色。

【用法】like sth. + 程度副词，表示“喜欢的程度”。

比如：like sth. best 最喜欢like sth. a little 有点喜欢like sth. very much 非常喜欢Short skirts are in fashion now.【译文】短裙现在正流行。

【用法】in fashion = popular 流行的，时髦的out of fashion = unpopular 不流行的，过时的介词短语in fashion 在句中作表语，now 是时间状语。

Would you like to try it?【译文】您要试一试吗？【用法】○1would 是will 的过去式，但此处would like 是固定搭配，不表示过去的含义，would you like是表示询问对方意见的委婉语气。
