一辩立论谢谢主席，各位同学,大家好。

今天我方的辩题是：网络使人更亲近。

开宗明义，概念先行。

“网络”一词最早出现在1993年版《现代汉语词典》中，用于定义电学中的网络。

而今天辩题中的网络，则是指狭义的因特网。

即由电子元件组成的通讯脉络.具有信息传递和资源共享等功能.何为亲近？跟据《现代汉语词典》的解释，亲近，就是“亲密而接近”.从宏观而言，指的是全球人类减少隔阂，增加了解；从微观而言，它指的是人与人之间从无到有从浅至深的一种情感转变．而疏远则与此相反.从前人们是天涯海角各一方，而如今人们却可以有网千里能相会,从前是“劝君更进一杯酒，西出阳关无故人"；有了网络，我们就能“我寄愁心与网络，随君直到夜郎西”。

所以我方坚定认为“网络使人更亲近"。

其理由有三。

第一，网络的出现及使用为人与人之间的沟通和交流增加了新的途径。

现代社会生活节奏加快，人们缺乏足够的时间和家人朋友沟通交流，网络的出现为人们提供了便利，使得大家诉诸于网络传达感情，因此绝不是网络减少了人们沟通交流的机会。

在此，我方需强调的一点是，网络的交流和沟通仅是一种新的方式，它绝无排他性，即使有了网络，人们依然可以千里送鹅毛礼轻人意重,我方决不否认人与人进行面对面交流可拉进距离。

今天网络的意义在于，当原有的沟通方式不能为我所用，或者说不够理想的时候,提供一种雪中送炭或者锦上添花的帮助.第二，网络可以使人们的交流变得更为频繁,范围更为广阔。

据工信部权威资料显示我国互联网用户突破5.5亿，即时通讯用户达4。

59亿人，社交网络用户达2.53亿,微博用户达2。

8亿，这充分说明了网络使我们能够更方便、更多的和他人交流，增进感情，拉进彼此的距离。

同时网络的出现，增进了不同肤色、不同文化、不同阶层的人之间的交流。
