2、能正确询问并回答生日、节日以及活动的具体时间。
过程与方法:能在课堂的活动中运用所学的语言进行交际。
情感与价值观:培养学生学习英语的兴趣,树立学生学习英语的信心教学重、难点:1、重点:听、说、读、写序数词和具体日期的表达。
2、难点:序数词的构词法及缩写形式。
教具准备:words cards、PPT教学过程:Step 1: warm-up1、Sing the song The twelve months.2、游戏——What’s missing?教师出示四季和月份卡片,并开素的隐去其中的一张卡片,让学生说出所缺的单词,并拼读此单词,又快又准确者获胜。
3、让学生一起背诵基数词1到30.4、学生一起背诵1到12月份的单词,并快速反应说出其所写形式。
Step 2: Presentation1、Let’s learn(1) 教师出示一张日历表,问学生:Do you know how many months there are in a year ? 学生回答:Twelve. 教师说:Yes, there are twelve months in a year . And we know January is the first month in a year. 让学生理解first的意思,教师板书,带读此单词,并拼写改词。
在first 旁边写上“1st.”.告诉学生这是first的缩写形式。
(2)同法教学“second”到“fifth” , 同时写出相应的基数词,让学生认真观察,自己归纳总结从基数词到序数词的形变规律。
