4.每天的教学结束后,教员应该分组讨论,不足之处,以改正;优点,继续发挥.及时总结经验,以更好地完成我们的活动.5.教员有事要请假,应该提前通知,以安排好替代教员.6.教学过程中出现的问题应该及时提出来,以及时解决.7.大家应热情友好,礼貌周到,关心学生,互相帮助!十、活动的相关进程11月完成策划书,并开始招收教员,外联组联系县城中学了解确切情况以完善计划12月初截止报名后就选拔教员,然后分组;(12月10号前完成)开始网络宣传.12月12号召开冬令营第一次会议,商量各组任务的准备情况;明确各组任务;注意事项,问题所在,提出意见及建议;总结整理,丰富内容.12月12号至30号着手海报设计,宣传,教学进程;各教员完善教学备课1月10号前完成;2月30号开第二次会议,汇报总结各方情况1月初各高校均准备期末考,各项工作暂时搁置1月20至30号先放假的大学生先回乡宣传;联系xx电视台进行宣传;贴海报,挂横幅;联系学校,选择培训地点.准备后勤;教员培训;开一次全体会议,商量有关事宜......2月1日至2月7日冬令营活动正式开始一、前言xx县大学生联合会自成立以来,积极组织大学生为家乡的教育文化医疗卫生事业尽自己的一份力.经过全体xx大学生的集体的努力,我学联已于近几年在xx开展了多次义教义诊的活动,并达到了预期的效果,得到广大乡亲的一致好评.为了传承学联服务家乡,感恩回报的理念,继续引导大家投身家乡建设的实践,xx大学生联合会决议于XX年寒假开展英语冬令营活动,旨在通过活动激发学生学习英语的兴趣,转变在校中学生的英语学习的传统观念,改进学习方法.二、项目分析活动目的本次xx大学生联合会英语冬令营活动,目的有二:一,致力于改变在校中学生对英语学习的传统观念和认识,改变目前僵硬的英语学习方法,通过冬令营的方式,传授快乐学习的观念,以趣味英语的形式激起学生的学习兴趣从而达到真正改进学习方法的目的;二,目前由于各种原因我县英语教学方式有些不合理,学生英语水平普遍较低,英语口语教学更是薄弱。
