混合动力汽车行星齿轮机构的方案设计与优选朱福堂1 陈 俐1 殷承良1 唐 林21.上海交通大学,上海,2002402.东华大学,上海,200333摘要:行星齿轮机构因其结构紧凑、传动比大和承载能力强等优点被越来越多地作为多能源动力耦合机构,应用于混合动力汽车中。
为了得到所有满足要求拓扑特性的行星齿轮机构方案,并从中优选出混合动力汽车行星齿轮耦合机构的新型方案,以作为后续分析设计的参照,首先采用创造性设计法,设计产生一系列具有要求拓扑特性的行星齿轮机构方案;然后根据行星齿轮传动和混合动力汽车多能源动力耦合机构的设计要求,并结合矩阵理论,提出H EV -P GCM 的方案评价指标及评价方法,并应用此方法对各个方案进行了方案的可行性判别、分析与优选。
结果表明:此方法具有通用性和一般性,可以实现H EV -P GCM 的方案评价与优选,为H EV -P GCM 后续设计与分析提供参考方案。
