Dear leaders and distinguished guests,

Glad to meet you all! On behalf of the Development and Reform

Bureau, I would like to share our experience and exchange ideas

with you.

The Development and Reform Bureau is a national-level

government department responsible for formulating and

implementing policies for national economic development and

social reform. Over the years, through continuous efforts and

exploration, we have accumulated valuable experience, which is

worth sharing with leaders and guests today.

Firstly, we emphasize overall planning. In formulating policies and

plans, we insist on taking into account factors such as the economy,

society, and environment, to ensure the coordination and feasibility

of various policies and plans. For example, in promoting

coordinated regional development, we focus on promoting

interconnectivity among different regions, promoting rational

allocation of resources, and promoting coordinated economic

development.

Secondly, we enhance policy innovation. With the changes of the

times and the development of society, policies need to keep up

with the times and constantly innovate. We encourage government

departments and agencies at all levels to take the initiative to

innovate policies, and encourage various market entities to

innovate business models and products to adapt to changing

economic and social development needs. For example, in

promoting the development of the digital economy, we have

increased support for cutting-edge technologies such as artificial

exchanges, the Development and Reform Bureau cannot fulfill its

responsibilities better. We actively participate in international

international experience, and promote mutual benefit and win-win

situation internationally. For example, we have established

cooperative relationships with relevant institutions in some

developed countries to jointly research and explore various issues

in economic development and social reform.
