在中国古代,送行者往往会折一条柳枝送给远行的亲朋。
折柳也成为了独具东方文化韵味的送别方式。
The "Moment of Remembrance" is a very important part of the Olympic Games' Closing Ceremony, and for this year, the theme "A Willow Twig" presents the segment with Chinese characteristics. In ancient days, when two friends part, the traveling party will always receive a willow twig as a gift. For the closing ceremony of the Beijing Olympics, it was only fitting that the willow twig would be incorporated into the ceremony as the athletes depart to their respective countries.从开幕式上的“迎客松”烟花广迎宾朋,到闭幕式的折柳赠别八方友人,中国人的浪漫久久不绝。
Module 1When I arrived, it was early morning and it was raining. I got out of the car, went through a gate and walked along a path. In the east, the sky was becoming light, but beside the path, it was still very dark. I knew it was there, but there was nothing to see. After about a kilometer, a stranger appeared in front of me. “Am I going the right way?” I asked. He knew where I was going. “yes,” he replied, “you’ll get there in five minutes.” Finally, I came to some rock, and stopped. I looked carefully over them, but it was still too dark to see anything.Suddenly, the clouds cleared and the rain stopped. The sun rose behind me and beyond the rocks. I saw that the ground fell away and down to a river, far below me. I was on the edge of the Grand Canyon, one of the wonders of the natural world.I looked down to the Colorado River about 2,000 metres below me. If you put the three tallest buildings in the world at the bottom of the canyon, they still won’t reach the top. Then I looked across to the other side of the canyon. How far is it? It’s 20 kilometres, maybe more. Finally, I looked to my left and to my right, and on both sides the canyon disappeared into the distance...over 400 kilometres long. The Grand Canyon is not just big. It’s huge! That morning on the edge of the canyon, I asked myself a question. It’s not “how deep is it? ” or “how wide is it? ”or “how long is it? ” but “Is the Grand Canyon the greatest wonder anywhere in the natural world? ” I know the answer. But what do you think?自然界最伟大的奇观我到达的时候是一大早,天正在下雨。
这样的人让我感动英语作文初一朋友全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1People Who Inspire MeThere are so many different people in this world who inspire me in various ways. Some inspire me with their kindness and compassion, others with their intelligence and achievements. There are those who inspire through their artistic talents and creativity. And some individuals inspire simply by overcoming difficult challenges with courage and perseverance. In this essay, I'll share some of the people who have inspired me the most.First off, my parents are definitely at the top of the list of those who inspire me. My mom has always been a shining example of unconditional love and selflessness. She has sacrificed so much for my brother and me, working tirelessly to provide for us while still being ever-present in our lives. Her patience seems to know no bounds, even when we've tested it as rambunctious kids. I'm in awe of her ability to find joy in the simple things, like tending her garden or reading a good book.My mom radiates this calmness and inner strength that I really admire. My dad, on the other hand, is someone who inspires me more with his intelligence and thirst for knowledge. He's one of the most well-read people I know, devouring books on history, science, philosophy - you name it. Dad is also a problem solver and analytical thinker. I love how he approaches challenges like puzzles to figure out, always looking at things from multiple angles. His rational, logical way of thinking has certainly rubbed off on me. Yet he also has a quirky sense of humor that keeps things fun. Both my parents, in their own ways, motivate me to become the best version of myself.Another incredibly inspiring person is my tae kwon do instructor, Master Kim. At first, his stern demeanor was quite intimidating. But I soon came to see that he projects that seriousness because he's passionate about the discipline and wants us students to respect the martial art. Once you get to know him, Master Kim has a warm smile and caring soul. He's an endless wellspring of wisdom about perseverance, focus, and self-control.I'm in awe of how Master Kim overcame numerous obstacles throughout his life with tremendous grit and resilience. As a childin South Korea, he experienced poverty that most of us could scarcely imagine. He had to work brutal labor jobs from a very young age just to help support his family. Yet through it all, he cultivated physical and mental fortitude through his dedication to tae kwon do. After years of training and tournaments, he achieved mastery and opened his own school here in our city to pass on the teachings. Whenever I'm feeling weary or discouraged, I think of Master Kim's inspirational life journey. In the creative realm, my artistic inspiration comes from the author and illustrator Brian Selznick. His books like The Invention of Hugo Cabret and Wonderstruck combine beautifully written narratives with breathtaking pencil illustrations. Every time I get drawn into one of his stories, I'm blown away by Selznick's limitless imagination and ability to construct such vivid worlds and characters. What inspires me most about Brian Selznick, though, is how he didn't let challenges like having a learning disability stop him from pursuing his passions. Despite struggling with reading and writing as a kid, he always had a gift for visual storytelling through pictures. By playing to his creative strengths, he paved his own path to becoming a celebrated author and artist for young adults. His journey reminds me that you can overcomeperceived weaknesses by doubling down on your talents and inner voice. In the realm of sports, tennis superstar Serena Williams is a constant inspiration with her athleticism, drive and trailblazing spirit. Ever since I was little, I've marveled at her powerful serve and ability to peak under the highest-pressure situations. Time and again, Serena has climbed back from injuries and setbacks that would derail most athletes. Her unwavering self-belief and competitive fire are truly motivating. But what inspires me just as much as Serena's tennis prowess is her activism for equal rights and never backing down from critics. She has fought for equal pay and recognition for women in her sport while championing body positivity and racial equality. Despite all her success, Serena continues using her platform to raise awareness on important issues and empower the next generation of young women. Her famous quote "Dream bigger than the thing in front of you" is now one of my personal mantras. Finally, one of the most inspirational figures to me is the young Pakistani education activist Malala Yousafzai. At an age when most kids don't have a care in the world beyond playing and having fun, Malala was already speaking out with boldnessand conviction about girls' rights to education. She used speech, writing, television appearances – any avenue she could to amplify her message of gender equity and the importance of universal access to knowledge.Malala's activism came at a huge personal cost when she was shot in the head by a Taliban gunman at age 15. Yet that only emboldened her more. After recovering, she continued campaigning tirelessly for girls' educational rights, writing a memoir and starting a non-profit organization. At such a tender age, Malala displayed profound eloquence and poise in front of audiences ranging from local villages to the United Nations. Her bravery, moral clarity and determination to bring about positive change in the world is awe-inspiring. The fact that she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize at just 17 years old speaks volumes. These are just some of the people who motivate and move me through their actions, accomplishments and indomitable spirits. From my nurturing parents to brilliant creatives to world-changing humanitarians, they all inspire me to dream bigger, work harder, and strive to make a positive impact in my own way. Their diverse stories and paths teach me thatinspiration can strike from anywhere if you keep your mind and heart open.As I continue navigating my teenage years and looking ahead to adulthood, I know there will be plenty of challenges, setbacks and moments of self-doubt. But the people who inspire me will help light my way forward. I'll draw strength from their examples of resilience, integrity and compassion. Hopefully, I too can go on to inspire others in my life's journey, just as these remarkable individuals have inspired me.篇2A Person Who Inspired MeThere are many different people who can inspire us in life - famous historical figures, celebrities, authors or even our own family members and friends. For me, the person who has inspired me the most is my English teacher, Mr. Roberts. He's one of those rare teachers who makes a lasting positive impact on his students' lives, far beyond just teaching them the subject material.I'll never forget my first day of 7th grade English class. I was pretty nervous, having heard rumors about how tough Mr. Roberts was and how he assigned tons of homework and gradedreally hard. But as soon as he started teaching on that first day, I knew the rumors weren't true at all. His passion for the English language and literature was obvious from the moment he opened his mouth."Welcome to English class," he bellowed in his deep, commanding voice. "This is not just another class you have to take - this is an exploration into the beauty and power of words and stories that have shaped human culture for thousands of years. We're going to analyze, discuss, debate, and most importantly, appreciate some of the greatest writings ever put to paper."Suddenly English class didn't seem so boring anymore. Mr. Roberts made even the dustiest old texts come alive with his animated teaching style and deep insights. Whether we were reading Shakespeare's plays, analyzing poems, or writing our own creative stories, he helped me view the English language not just as a subject in school but as an art form. His lessons went far beyond the usual stuff about nouns, verbs and metaphors. Mr. Roberts taught us the importance of being able to communicate clearly and eloquently. He showed us how the careful choice of words could make the difference between dull, boring writing and passionate writing that evokesemotion in the reader. He inspired us to use language creatively and impactfully."The way you choose to express yourself shows the world who you really are," he once told us. "Don't settle for simplistic words and phrases when you can paint a vivid picture with richer, more descriptive language. The English language contains multitudes - make sure you explore and embrace its full power."Mr. Roberts didn't just preach about the importance of effective communication though - he exemplified it in every lecture, assignment feedback, and written interaction. His comments on our essays and stories were always insightful and constructive, not just abuse and criticism. With a perfectly crafted mixture of praise and guidance, he would help us understand what we did well and what we could improve."Don't tell me the old man looked angry," he once wrote on my story draft. "Show me, with carefully chosen words, the fire burning in his eyes, the tightening of the creases in his forehead, the clenched fists trembling with rage." He took a boring cliched sentence and rewrote it into something vivid and powerful, proving his teaching through example.Beyond his focus on the technicalities of English language and literature, Mr. Roberts also taught important life lessonsabout hard work, discipline and believing in yourself. He didn't accept any excuses about "not being a good writer" or assign less work to kids who claimed they couldn't handle it. Instead, he pushed everyone to work harder and aim higher than they thought possible."Writing is extremely challenging and demanding work, but anything worthwhile in life requires immense effort," he told us. "The ability to persevere through obstacles and frustrations is the key difference between those who achieve great things and those who settle for less."When I felt overwhelmed by difficult reading assignments or got stuck while writing an essay, Mr. Roberts never let me give up easily. He would sit with me patiently, talking me through the challenges and giving me that extra motivation and guidance to overcome them. Thanks to his support and refusal to let me take the easy way out, I became a dramatically improved writer and reader compared to where I started in 7th grade.More than anything though, what inspired me the most about Mr. Roberts was his sheer passion and enthusiasm. You could tell this wasn't just a job for him - teaching great literature and helping students learn to communicate more effectively was his true calling and brought him immense fulfillment. Nomatter how tired or frustrated he got, he always attacked each lesson with vigor and energy that became infectious for the whole class."If I can't get you guys excited about the beauty of language and power of the written word, then I'm not doing my job properly!" he would boom, his eyes sparkling with intensity. I'll never forget the pure joy on his face while reading aloud dramatically from great novels or breaking down poetic metaphors with relish. In a world of teachers just going through the motions to get a paycheck, Mr. Roberts' enthusiasm showed me the power of pursuing your passion and deriving deep meaning from your work. It inspired me to start exploring potential future career paths that I could feel that same passion towards instead of just looking for ways to make money.Beyond all his teaching though, what really made Mr. Roberts such an impactful role model was his caring for students as individual people, not just pupils. He was always there to provide a listening ear, wise advice or supportive words whenever any of us faced personal issues or struggles outside the classroom. He attended our sporting events, plays and other extracurricular activities to show he valued all aspects of our lives. And he never failed to offer congratulations for our successes and encouragement when we faced setbacks.Mr. Roberts showed me the powerful, positive influence teachers can have when they go beyond just lecturing on academic topics and actually mentor students as whole human beings. By taking a genuine interest in our lives and forming real bonds, he inspired many of us to work harder, aim higher and become better versions of ourselves.I recently went back and visited Mr. Roberts after graduating from high school before heading off to university. As I walked into his classroom for the first time in years, countless memories came flooding back of the lessons, laughter, struggles and triumphs we had shared in that small space. Mr. Roberts looked up from grading papers and broke into one of his huge, welcoming smiles that always made you feel valued."Well isn't this a wonderful surprise! I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were doing," he exclaimed as he gave me a big hug. In that moment, I felt overwhelmed with gratitude for this man - not just for helping me become a strong writer and appreciate great literature, but for being a role model of passion, perseverance, caring and the immense impact one person can have on others.I tried to put those feelings into words and thank him for everything he had done for me. But once again, Mr. Roberts demonstrated his mastery of the English language by stopping me with a simple yet eloquent phrase:"Watching you grow and succeed has been its own greatest reward."That perfectly captured his humble dedication to teaching and shaping young lives - something he considered an honor and privilege rather than a burden. Mr. Roberts truly loved his role as an educator, and that powerful sense of purpose and passion will always inspire me to find the same joy and fulfillment in whatever path I choose. So thank you, Mr. Roberts - for your brilliant teaching, your compassionate mentorship, and most of all for showing a classroom of 7th graders the magic and beauty that can exist in language and literature. You've not only made me a stronger writer and communicator, but a better person motivated to lead a life of meaning just like you do every single day.篇3The Kind of Person Who Inspires MeThere are all sorts of people in this world who can inspire us in different ways. Some are famous celebrities or historical figures who have achieved great things. Others are everyday people who have shown incredible courage, resilience or kindness in difficult circumstances. But for me, the people who inspire me the most are those closest to me – the ordinary individuals in my life who consistently display qualities I admire through their actions. My mom is one of those people. She's not a famous person and you've definitely never heard of her. In fact, to most of the world she's completely unremarkable. But to me, she's a hero. My mom works harder than anyone I know to provide for our family. She has an incredibly demanding job, but she never complains or makes excuses. She just gets up before dawn, heads off to the office, and works late into the night to meet her deadlines and targets. And somehow, despite her crazy schedule, she still finds time and energy to take care of me and my little brother. My mom cooks us healthy, delicious meals every night –even though she must be absolutely exhausted after her long days. She helps us with our homework, listens to us talk about our days, and makes sure we get enough sleep. On the weekends, she gets up early to drive us to our sports practices and activities. My mom never misses one of my baseball games or my brother's piano recitals. She's always there on the sidelines cheering us on, no matter how tired she must be.What's even more amazing is that my mom somehow finds time to volunteer and give back to our community too. Every week, she spends a couple of hours helping out at the local food bank. During the holidays, she organizes toy and clothing drives for underprivileged kids. And whenever there's a neighborhood clean-up day, my mom is always one of the first to show up and one of the last to leave.I don't know how she does it all. If I had her schedule and responsibilities, I would be a total mess! But my mom just powers through with a constant smile, endless patience, and a seemingly inexhaustible reserve of energy and optimism. She's the most selfless person I know, always putting the needs of others before her own. She's also one of the bravest people I've ever met. A few years ago, she got really sick with a scary illness. But instead of feeling sorry for herself, she just dug deep and kept on fighting with incredible courage and determination. I'll never forget how happy and relieved I felt when the doctors finally told us she was cancer-free.Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed by my own life, I think about my mom and her amazing strength and perseverance. If she can handle all of her challenges with such love and grace, then I have no excuse to crumble under the weight of my own problems. My mom is living proof that with enough hard work, resilience and positivity, you can overcome any obstacle. She motivates me to be a better person every single day through her selfless example. I hope that one day I can be even half as caring, hard-working and strong as my incredible mom.Of course, my dad is also a huge inspiration to me. Like my mom, there's nothing particularly glamorous or newsworthy about who he is or what he does. He's just a regular guy with a regular job who goes to work every day at the local manufacturing plant to provide for our family. But to me, he's a hero in his own right because of the amazing values he embodies. My dad is the most honest, ethical person I know. In this world where people are constantly cutting corners, telling little white lies, or trying to get ahead at any cost, my dad always does the right thing – no matter what. He is a person of unwavering integrity who lives by an uncompromising moral code. If he sayshe's going to do something, you can take it to the bank. His word is his bond. He would never cheat, steal or take advantage of someone else, even if it meant sacrificing something for himself. I've seen him pass up opportunities for promotions or raises at work because he disagreed with some policy on principle. Most people probably think that's crazy, but I have so much respect for my dad's ethics and values. My dad is also one of the wisest people I know. He's not book smart – in fact, he never even graduated from college. But he has an incredible wealth of practical wisdom and life experience that he's passed on to me through the years. Some of my most valuable life lessons have come from the parables and stories he tells to illustrate his philosophy on hard work, perseverance, treating others with respect, or finding happiness in simple pleasures. My dad has definitely not had an easy life, but he's gotten through all of his struggles with incredible determination, optimism and his trademark sense of humor that could make anyone laugh even in the darkest of times.Perhaps most importantly, my dad has taught me so much about what it means to be a good man through his example as a husband and father. He adores my mom and always treats her with love, respect and kindness – the way every woman deservesto be treated. He's also been an incredibly supportive, loving and involved father to me, constantly encouraging me to pursue my interests and passions. I've never once doubted how much he cares about my happiness and wellbeing. My dad may not be rich or famous, but to me he's one of the greatest men I know. I hope that one day I can be as good a husband and father as he is.Outside of my immediate family, there are other inspirational everyday heroes in my life who I look up to as well. Mrs. Davis, my fourth grade teacher, is one of them. Even though it's been years since I was in her class, I'll never forget the incredible passion, patience and creativity she brought to teaching every single day. Some teachers just shuffle through the motions and can't wait for the last bell to ring. But Mrs. Davis absolutely loved her job and all of her students. She made learning so much fun through her engaging lessons, silly sense of humor, and constant words of encouragement. Mrs. Davis worked tirelessly to make sure that every single kid in the classroom was following along and truly understanding the concepts before moving on. Whenever a student was struggling, she would stay after school for as long as it took to go over the material with them one-on-one until they got it. Thanks to her dedication and phenomenal teaching abilities, Mrs. Davis got meexcited about subjects like history, literature and creative writing in a way no other teacher ever has before or since.Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Davis went above and beyond to make a difference in kids' lives too. She organized charity drives to raise money for underprivileged children. She accompanied students on field trips and chaperoned school dances on the weekends. Whenever any of her current or former students were holding a special event like a play, concert or sports game, Mrs. Davis would be there in the front row cheering them on. And to this day – over a decade later – she still remembers all of our names and asks about our lives whenever she sees us around town. That level of care, commitment and personal investment in every single child's wellbeing is so inspiring to me. I know firsthand how emotionally draining being a teacher can be. But instead of becoming bitter or jaded over the years, Mrs. Davis has just gotten more passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated with each passing school year. She's a true role model for me, and I know our community is so incredibly lucky to have educators like her shaping young minds and lives. So while there are plenty of super famous, accomplished public figures out there I could look up to in this world, I'm mostinspired by the everyday heroes who walk among us. Thehard-working single parents who sacrifice everything for their families. The teachers who give their all, both inside and outside the classroom, to nurture their students' minds and wellbeing. The ordinary individuals who tackle each day with extraordinary patience, kindness, optimism and integrity – no matter how many obstacles they face along the way. Those are the people who motivate me to lead a life of purpose, compassion and strong moral character. Their examples challenge me to dig deeper, dream bigger, and be a better human being each and every day.Because at the end of the day, the greatest heroes and leaders are rarely the household names who make the history books. They're the unsung individuals who humbly and selflessly pour their heart and soul into lifting up those around them through small acts of love, courage and wisdom. Those are the people who make meaningful, lasting change in this world – one community, one family, and one person at a time. And they will always be my biggest inspirations.。

双语故事马克吐温给年轻人的忠告Being told I would be expected to talk here, I inquired what sort of talk I ought to make. They said it should be something suitable to youth-something didactic, instructive, or something in the nature of good advice.获悉人们希望我在这里讲几句时,我就问他们我该讲些什么。
他们希望我讲些适合年轻人的东西-一些教诲性、有教育意义的东西,或是一些好的建议。
Very well. I have a few things in my mind which I have often longed to say for the instruction of the young; for it is in one’s tender early years that such things will best take root and be most enduring and most valuable. First, then. I will say to you my young friends-and I say it beseechingly, urgingly.这太好了!我倒是一直想给年轻人提点建议呢,因为人在年轻时期,好的建议极易在心底扎根,并能终生受用。
那么,首先,年轻朋友们-我要真诚地告诫你们:Always obey your parents, when they are present. This is the best policy in the long run, because if you don’t, they will make you.一定要听父母的话,长远来讲这是最聪明的做法,如果你不听话,他们就会逼着你听话。

rEad all aBOUT iTKiosk newsagentBy TrisTin zhanGL ess than a decade ago, when Nokia cell phones were still prevalent, newspapers, magazines and books took up a relatively large share of the public’s reading material. As portable electron-ic devices developed increasingly large screens and more diverse functions, however, printed media started going downhill. This affected not just big publishing companies but small opera-tions like the baokanting, China’s ubiquitous newsstands. You probably walk by these kiosks tens of times a day without noticing. In the 2000s, students would stop to buy Duzhe, a lead-ing Chinese biweekly magazine, while theirparents would pick up a newspaper en route to work. “I sold many Duzhe and Qingnian Wenzhai (literally ‘youth’s digest’) five or six years ago. Now, these two still sell, only the number has dropped to a miserable extent,” says Ding Wenhui, who runs one such kiosk in Dongshankou. The truth of his words is clearly evi-dent. Others similarly employed around Donghshankou are so disheartened – or per-haps just apathetic – that they are dozing off. “I have nothing to say. Business is bad. Go talk to someone else,” says one of the brusque middle-aged men we approach before Ding, waving usaway from his hut so he can return to his siesta.Luckily, Ding, who is preparing to closedue to the drizzle, is more amenable. “It’s beenraining constantly. Who wants to buy from us?Our business is bad on rainy days.”Frankly, it doesn’t sound like business isgood on sunny days either. When Ding firststarted running his out-of-the-way standsix years ago, he could make RMB4,000 permonth. Now, he makes half that, weather per-mitting. “It would be very nice if I could chargepassersby for directions,” he jokes, stressingthat most people talk to him for orientationpurposes, not to buy his wares.Ding rents his stall from the Yuexiu Districtgovernment at a price he refuses to disclose. “Idon't have the mood to run it anymore,” he re-marks plaintively while putting away a foldablebench on which he reclines in the afternoon. “Newspaper stands in other countries can sellanything. They can make a living out of it.”Last March, Bai Yansong, a famous CCTVanchorman and member of the national com-mittee of the CPPCC, proposed to upgradekiosks throughout China, in order to reinventthese newsagents and allow them to keep mak-ing a passable living. These ideas don’t seem tohave gained much momentum.“We haven’t heard anything about upgrad-ing from the government,” says Ding, adding, “Iused to sell SIM cards, but that’s banned now.”Four years ago, advertisements comprised halfof his earnings. “Now, the majority of my profitcomes from selling beverages,” he says, as onlyrenovation companies have any interest inpasting ads on his newsstand.Pulling down the plastic front cover of thebooth, then washing his face from a bucket ofwater, Ding locks up the two side doors andcalls it a day.> Man on the Street is a monthly feature where we talk tosomeone doing an everyday job, in order to get an insight intothe lives of normal Chinese people.THE DIRTY DET AILSMonthly salary: RMB2,000Days per week: 7Hours per day: 8the majority ofmy profit comesfrom sellingbeverages18s e p t e m b e r2016|g Z|w w w.t h At s m A g s.c o mCopyright©博看网. I think it is the best book in the world because it is about a man named Robinson who gets shipwrecked on a deserted island. He has to use hiscreativity and skills to survive and make a life for himself on the island. One of the reasons I like this book is because Robinson is very brave and smart. He never gives up, even when things are really hard. He builds a shelter, hunts for food, and even tames a wild animal to help him. I think he is a great role model for kids like me.Another reason I like this book is because it is full of adventure and excitement. Robinson has to face many dangers on the island, like wild animals, bad weather, and even pirates. I love reading about all the things he has to do to stay alive and make it back home.I also like how the book teaches you to appreciate the things you have. Robinson is always grateful for the food, shelter, and clothing he is able to find on the island. It reminds me to be thankful for the things I have in my own life.In conclusion, "Robinson Crusoe" is my favorite book because it has a great story, strong characters, and important lessons to teach. its all about me高中课文In form, remember and remember.Perhaps because I have always held the attitude that everything will pass,I feel comfortable with the natural alternation between 07 and 08.I don't know what kind of sadness and joy, what kind of separation and encounter, what kind of forgetting and missing I had in this blank period of time.Even if you think about it carefully, you don't have the slightest impression. In this cold winter, who warms who's cold heart, who wipes who's cold tears. They or the instant warmth they bring has become the snow water melted in this winter and precipitated in the deep strata.I can't define my happiness.I can't wear high-end clothes and shoes to live in a beautiful Western-style house, but I am suddenly satisfied. In a narrow space, surfing the Internet and going to school fill the whole life, but boredom is essential. For example, during the winter vacation of the first semester of the second year of junior high school,I sleep in the morning, sleep in the afternoon, and surf the Internet at night.Among them, they may eat chocolate while reading books, and occasionally have a whim to say that they can't do housework. In this way,I live a pigsty life,so my weight risesstraight. But what can I do?I don't like sports,I don't like going out,and I don't like to deal with strangers.Only this life can satisfy me.Sometimes I wonder if I have lost my communication ability because of too much Internet access, but it would be nice if I could simply live in this virtual space. It's good because there are so many friends who love each other.Even the word"friend"can not express this relationship. It is impossible to describe, nor is it necessary to describe.2008 suddenly came.We are still here, emitting a trace of warmth.Just like the lonely figure sitting alone in front of the computer in the middle of the night, you will wear headphones to put the sound to the maximum to cover up the silence of the night. Then, facing her,who was sitting on the computer side and also facing the cold air,we warmed each other. It's been more than ten years since we were happy or sad. From which year we began to see through the world of mortals, and from which year we really grew up,these all quietly disappeared in the silent torrent. And those small processes are all covered up by the final results. They can't be seen or remembered.Bearing in mind all this is a bit extravagant for me who seems to be suffering from amnesia. The blank of memory always makes people feel empty, but after all,we can't live inmemory no matter how we miss it.Or growth is a process of forgetting. Then grow up.Then forget it.No matter how long this process is,no matter how smooth or difficult it is now,it will always pass.Don't be sad because of some things, and waste your time.No one can cross the boundary between the past and the future. They are closely related but they are an independent whole. My mother always said that if you don't study hard now,you won't be able to achieve anything in the future. It seems that I have never thought about what to do in the future.Perhaps it is true that the old saying"when a boat comes to the bridge,it will go straight".Perhaps it is clearly worried but does not know where to go next,so it is impossible to stay where you are.Well, let the past pass and let the future come.Whether it's beautiful or not,I'll bear it myself.I suddenly don't know how to end it.For example, life is still going on,and things happen to people I know in the future. These things can't be predicted, but they will show up either happily or sadly in a certain time.Let's welcome the future in the posture of God and say with a smile that I am the master of life. It’s all about me,all about me。

中英歌词:
You’ve got the words to change a nation but you’re biting your tongue
你已有足以改变世界的言辞,而你却缄默不语
You’ve spent a lifetime stuck in silence afraid you’d say something wrong 你已沉默了一辈子,生怕自己说错了什么
If no one ever hears it, how we gonna learn your song
如果无人曾听过,我们又如何去学你的歌
So come on come on, come on come on
所以站出来吧
You’ve got a heart as loud as lions so why let your voice be tamed
你有着群狮齐吼般的心,那为何要让你的声音变得如此温顺
Maybe we’re a little different, there’s no need to be ashamed
或许我们有些许不同,可这根本不值得害臊
You’ve got the light to fight the shadows so stop hiding it away
你已有了驱散阴暗的明灯,别再躲躲藏藏
Come on, come on
所以站出来吧
Chorus:
Yes I wanna sing
我想要放声歌唱
I wanna shout
我想要振声高呼
I wanna scream till the words dry out
直到嘶声力竭,直到词穷
So put it in all of the papers, I’m not afraid
所以就用白纸黑字写出来吧,我从不惧怕
They can read all about it, read all about it oh
他们会读懂这一切,他们会读懂这一切
Oh ohhh oh
Ohhh ohhh oh
Ohhh oh oh
At night we’re waking up the neighbours while we sing away the blues 当我们彻夜高歌消除了忧郁,街坊邻居也都醒悟了过来
Making sure that we allremember yeah, cause we all matter too
请确信我们都铭记着,因为我们紧紧相连
If the truth has been forbidden, then we’re breaking all the rules 如果真相被禁锢了,那就由我们去打破法则
So come on come on, come on come on
所以站出来吧
Let’s get the TV and the radio to play our tune again,
让电视和收音机都播放我们的旋律吧
It’s about time wehave some airplay of our version of events
是时候去电台播出事件的真相了
There’s no need to be afraid, I will sing with you my friend
无需害怕,我与你并肩歌唱
Come on come on
所以站出来吧
(Repeat Chorus)
Yeah we’re all wonderful, wonderful people
我们都是了不起的人
So when did we all get so fearful
我们何时变得如此胆小了
And now we’re finally finding our voices 现在我们终于找回了自己的声音
So take a chance come help me sing this
那就把握机会同我一起高歌
Yes we’re all wonderful, wonderful people 我们都是了不起的人
So when did we all get so fearful
我们何时变得如此胆小了
And now we’re finally finding our voices 现在我们终于找回了自己的声音
So take a chance come help me sing this
只需把握机会同我一起高歌
(Repeat Chorus x 2)。
