5的分解组合教案(精选17篇)5的分解组合教案(1)一、活动目标:1、初步建立数字5的分合概念,感知整体与部分的关系。
2、初步学习运用数字知识解决生活中的问题。
3、能主动快乐地参加操作活动。
二、活动准备:指偶数字5、范例图示、数字9个、人手一份苹果特征图、铅笔、人手一份1--4的数字卡。
区域操作材料(每个区域材料有25个左右):有分合式的花朵、有分合式的小树、没有颜色的蝴蝶、四种水果(桃子草莓苹果西瓜)区域标记图人手一把钥匙奖励粘纸三、活动过程:1、出示指偶数字5,引起兴趣。
每个幼儿说一句完整的话表示欢迎数字宝宝5,如:我愿意送数字宝宝5个玩具……(请幼儿不要多说或少说数字)2、看图找特征幼儿探索5的分合观察图片找出不同的地方,知道用标记来表示。
幼儿自己用数字表示出不同特征的苹果,找出数字间的规律:有整体关系,顺数和倒数关系读出数字5的四种不同的分法3、玩牌游戏原来5有四种分法,数字宝宝要和我们来玩牌游戏了。
如:教师说:我出1,幼儿找到自己的数字卡4说:我出4,1和4组成5(两个数字碰一碰)…..请幼儿上来出牌其他幼儿找到相应的数字卡。
幼儿两个两个做玩牌游戏。
4、区域操作:一会儿数字宝宝5还要带我们去玩游乐园呢,不过要请小朋友先听清游乐园的玩法,教师逐一介绍区域材料和玩法:花朵区(插花瓣):有各种颜色的花朵,先找找花朵上的分合式,想出少了几片花瓣,然后找到颜色相同的花瓣插上。
蝴蝶区(涂色):先找出蝴蝶上的分合式,根据颜色标记和数字给蝴蝶涂相应的颜色。
小树苗(插树叶):找到树上的分合式,想出少了几片树叶,然后找到相应颜色的树叶插上。
水果区(看特征填数字):先找出不同水果的不同特征,在标记图前填数字。
在每个区域里每个孩子必须至少完成一个操作任务,有兴趣或时间允许可以多玩几个,把完成的操作材料放到自己的篮子里。

(三)教学过程一、创设情境、导入新课1、野生祖先种马铃薯具有多种颜色而且体细胞中含有24条染色体,现在栽培的马铃薯几乎都是淡黄色,而且体细胞中含有48条染色体。
野生的香蕉祖先又小又涩,而且有很多籽,体细胞中含有22条染色体,而目前我们食用的香蕉又大又甜而且是无籽的,体细胞中含有33条染色体。
思考:根据以上事例能否发挥想象力做出一些推测。
二、染色体变异1、概念:生物体的体细胞或生殖细胞内染色体数目或结构的变化。

有的患者伴有心、肾、骨骼等先天畸形。

一、早期用于处理废水的厌氧消化构筑物是化粪池和双层沉淀池。
化粪池是一个矩形密闭的池子,用隔墙分为两室或三室,各室之间用水下连接管接通。
废水由一端进入,通过各室后由另一端排出。
悬浮物沉于池底后进行缓慢的厌氧发酵。
各室的顶盖上设有人孔,可定期(数月)将消化后的污泥挖出,供作农肥。
这种处理构筑物通常设于独立的居住或公共建筑物的下水管道上,用于初步处理粪便废水。
双层沉淀池上部有一个流槽,槽底呈V形。
废水沿槽缓慢流过时,悬浮物便沉降下来,并从V形槽底缝滑落于大圆形池底,在那里进行厌氧消
化。
这两种处理构筑物仅起截留和降解有机悬浮物的功用,产生的沼气
难以收集利用。
二、普通消化池,主要用于处理城市污水的沉淀污泥。
普通消化池多建成加顶盖的筒状。
生污泥从池顶进入,通过搅拌与池内污泥混合,进行厌氧消化。
分解后的污泥从池底排出。
产生的生物气从池顶收集。
普通消化池需要加热,以维持高的生化速率。
这种处理构筑物通常是每天加排料各1~2次,与此同时进行数小时的搅拌混合。

三、厌氧接触系统
普通消化池用于处理高浓度有机废水时,为了强化有机物与池内厌氧污泥的充分接触,必须连续搅拌;
同时为了提高处理效率,必须改间断进水排水为连续进水排水。
但这样一来,会造成厌氧污泥的大量流失。
为了克服这一缺点,可在消化池后串联一个沉淀池,将沉淀下的污泥又送回消化池,因此组成了厌氧接触系统(图9-4)。
污泥回流量约为进水流量的2~3倍。
消化池内的MLVSS为6~10g/L。
四、厌氧生物滤池和厌氧生物转盘
为了防止消化池的污泥流失,可在池内设置挂膜介质,使厌氧微生物生长在上面,由此出现了厌氧生物滤池和厌氧生物转盘。
五、上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)
这种反应器是目前应用最为广泛的一种厌氧生物处理装置。
六、厌氧流化床反应器
厌氧流化床反应器的内部充填着粒径很小(d=0.5mm左右)的挂膜介质,当其表面长满微生物时,称为生物颗粒。
在上升水流速度很小时,生物颗粒相互接触,形成固定床。
借助循环管增大,反应器内的上升流速,可使生物颗粒开始脱离接触,并呈悬浮状态。
当继续增大流速至污泥床的膨胀率达10~20%时,生物颗粒便呈流化态。
