计算书:抗浮计算
1、 只需对埋深最浅的DN1000钢筋混凝土排水管进行计算
1、管道质量
经翻阅资料(详06MS201-1第39页),管内径为DN1000的钢筋混凝土排水管,管壁厚为100mm,则延米管道总重量约
m自重=0.35(截面积)×1×2400(砼重)=840 kg
2、回填土重量
设计要求回填土的压实系数为0.87,地勘试验报告得出土样最小干密度为0.975,回填土压实密度为0.975×0.87=0.848g/cm=848kg/ m 按设计图纸顶覆土最小1 m,每米覆土重量
m=1×1.2×1.0×848=1017 kg/m
3、最大浮力
每米管道完全浸没时
F==1000×9.8×3.14×0.6×1=11078N即为1108 kg
4、验算
m+ m=840+1017=1857﹥1108*1.1所以不须采取抗浮措施。
说明:① 管道质量我不知道,请你界定;
② 回填土重量:压实系数为0.87,最小干密度按1.34取值
计算为:1.34×0.87=1.1658g/cm=1166kg/ m

DN500塑料管每延米25.9Kg/m,按覆土最小0.7m计算,设计要求回填土的压实系数为0.87,。
管道铺设工程量计算规则及说明一、本章工作内容包括缸瓦(陶土)管、混凝土管、镀锌管、铸铁管、钢管、直埋式预制保温管、塑料管安装、砌筑渠道、混凝土渠道、套管内铺设管道、管道架空跨越、管道焊口无损探伤及各种管道基础、渠道基础、管道接口、管道试压、消毒冲洗。
二、混凝土管道基础、管道铺设、管道接口,是依据06MS201《市政排水管道工程及附属设施标准图集》。
适用于市政工程雨水、污水及合流混凝土排水管道工程。
三、D300mm~D700mm混凝土管铺设分为人工下管和人机配合下管,D800mm~D2400mm为人机配合下管。
四、如在无基础的槽内铺设管道,其人工、机械乘以系数1.18。
五、如遇有特殊情况,必须在支撑下串管铺设,人工、机械乘以系数1.33。
六、若在枕基上铺设缸瓦(陶土)管,人工乘以系数1.18。
七、实际管座角度与本计价定额不同时,采用非定型管座相应项目。
八、企口管的膨胀水泥砂浆接口和石棉水泥接口适于360°,其他接口均是按管座120°和180°列项的。

凯旋路开挖面:
开挖面宽度参照钢板桩维护图即沟槽宽度+1200;
开挖深度参照钢板桩维护图即污水管道基础底标高;
开挖长度参照雨水管道长度;
沟槽回填:管道按照国标06MS201,Ⅱ级钢筋混凝土管道,基础采用120°混凝土基础,HDPE管采用砂基础,并结合雨水口图纸进行各工程量计算。
井周加固没有计算在里面。
归德路开挖面:
开挖面宽度参照钢板桩维护图即沟槽宽度+1200;
开挖深度参照钢板桩维护图即污水管道基础底标高;
开挖长度参照雨水管道长度;
沟槽回填:管道按照国标06MS201,钢筋混凝土管采用采用120°混凝土基础,HDPE管采用砂基础,并结合雨水口图纸进行各工程量计算。
(2)管道基础:HDPE管采用土弧基础。
对一般土质,当地基承载力特征值fak≥80KPa时,基底可铺设一层厚度为100mm的中粗砂基础层;当地基承载力特征值55≤fak≤80Kpa或槽底处在地下水位之下时,宜铺设垫层厚度不小于200mm的沙砾基础层,也可分二层铺设,下层用5~40mm 的碎石,上层铺设厚度不小于50mm的中粗砂;对软土地基(指淤泥、淤泥质土、冲填土或其它高压缩性土层构成的软弱地基)地基承载力特征值fak<55Kpa,或因施工原因地基原状土被扰动而影响地基承载力时,必须现对地基进行加固处理,达到规定地基承载能力后,再铺设中粗砂基础层。
沟槽开挖宽度控制可参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-2》第54页。
雨水干管及支管采用国标120°混凝土带型基础,相应标准图参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-1》第17页,雨水口连接管采用国标120°砂石基础,相应标准图参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-1第9页。
如遇特殊情况需另行处理。
(3)接口:根据行业标准中系统适用性要求,本设计中HDPE管材连接方式采用承插式电熔连接。
其连接采用的专用电器设备和工具,当施工单位不具备符合要求的设施和技术时,应由管材厂家提供并进行连接技术指导。
管道连接时采用的润滑剂等辅助材料,亦应由管材生产厂提供。
HDPE管道与检查井的连接有刚性连接和柔性连接两种方式。
其具体的连接方式大样及适用性参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-2》第56页和第57页。
雨水干管及支管采用钢丝网水泥砂浆抹带接口,标准图参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-1》第28页。
雨水口连接管接口采用橡胶圈接口,相应标准图参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-1》第23页。
(4)检查井:污水检查井:在本次设计中均采用井径为Φ1250圆形砖砌污水检查井,其结构参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-3第24、26页相应标准图;雨水检查井;在本次设计范围内当管径≤D600时,采用井径为Φ1250砖砌圆形雨水检查井,其结构参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-3第14页、26页相应标准图;当管径>600且<D1000时,管道上检查井均采用井径为Φ1500砖砌圆形雨水检查井,其结构参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-3第16、29页相应标准图。
工程名称施工单位交底部位工序名称排水工程交底提要:交底日期:米以下时方可进行管道铺设等其它工序。
⑧沟槽开挖达到设计标高后,应会同建设单位、设计单位、勘察单位、监理单位和施工单位验槽。
3、管材标准及要求①本工程排水管道均采用钢筋混凝土管,管材应符合国标的要求。
地下水对混凝土结构具有若腐蚀性,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋在长期浸水环境中具微腐蚀性,在干湿交替环境中具中腐蚀性。
管道要求混凝土强度不小于C35级,S6,水泥用量≥320kg/m³,水灰比≤水灰比≤0.45,氯离子含量≤0.10%。
覆土小于4m 的钢筋混凝土管道外表面需涂刷耐中等腐蚀性防腐涂料,具体做法:涂沥青冷底子油2 遍,沥青胶泥涂层,干膜厚度大于500 微米。
覆土大于4m 的钢筋混凝土管道外表面需涂刷耐弱等腐蚀性防腐涂料:具体做法:涂环氧沥青,干膜厚度大于300 微米。
d300mm ~ d1500mm采用承插口钢筋混凝土排水管②管级选择:承插口钢筋混凝土管管级选择:参照国家建筑标准设计图集《混凝土排水管道基础及接口》图集号“06MS201-1”施做。
根据管道覆土厚度和基础角度选择Ⅱ级或Ⅲ级管材。
4、砂石基础①污水管道基础采用180°砂石基础。
施工过程遇其他软弱地基请及时联系设计进行现场处理。
砂石基础材料采用自然级配碎石,其最大粒径不宜大于25mm。
②雨水主管道基础采用120°砂石基础,D300管道基础采用150°砂石基础。
施工过程遇其他软弱地基请及时联系设计进行现场处理。
砂石基础材料采用自然级配碎石,其最大粒径不宜大于25mm,收水井支管采用D300mm钢筋混凝土承插口管,起端深度1.1m,坡度0.01坡向雨水检查井,基础采用混凝土基础。
