Step 2. Function Practice (1b)(10mins)
Listen to the tape to get the information of the conversation.
Listen it twice.
Step 3. Pair work (1c)(10mins)
Get students to practice making conversations using the target language.
Step 4. Has or Have (2a, 2b)(15mins)
let students complete the sentences in 2b with has/have.
Help them to summarize that:
Has/have can be used to describe a person’s look. Has is used after She/He, while Have is used after I/You/We/They.
Step 5. Homework (2c)
1. Tell students to draw pictures of human face according to the short passages.
2.Write 4 sentences to describle one of your family members.
