课时目标

1. 能够听、说、读、写本课主要单词:clock,photo,plant,bike,water bottle。

2. 能够简单介绍自己房间的布置。如:There is a clock in my room.

教学重难点

1. 重点:掌握Let's learn部分五个四会单词(词组),并能进行简单的问答及介绍。

2. 难点:there be句子结构的掌握。

媒体链接

1. 教师准备录音机、四年级上册第四单元和本课时的录音带。

2. 教师准备房间设计图。

3. 教师准备多媒体课件。

教学过程

一、热身( Warm-up)

1. 教学Let's do

教师播放四年级上册Unit 4 Let's do部分的录音,学生边做相应的动作边说英语。

Go to the living room. Watch TV. Go to the study. Read a book.

Go to the kitchen. Have a snack. Go to the bedroom. Have a nap.

Go to the bathroom. Take a shower.

2.游戏 :演一演

教师出示Let’s do中的动词短语卡片(watch TV,read a book,have a snack,take a

shower,have a nap). 一个学生表演,一个学生猜短语。

(l)复习单词. bed, phone, table ,sofa, fridge, study, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living

room.

T:You want to have a nap. Where can you go?

S1: Bedroom.

T:Yes. We can go to the bedroom. I have a new bedroom. Do you want to visit it? Now

let's go.

(课件展示卧室图,卧室里只有bed、 table、 sofa、 phone)

T:Look! What can you see In my room?

S1: I can see a bed.

T: Spell it.

S1:B-E-D bed. I can see a bed. B-E-D bed.

用同样的方法复习其他单词:table、 sofa、 phone。

(2)复习介词 :in, on, near, under

T:Now let's go and visit the living room.

教师展示客厅图,客厅里有冰箱、桌子、椅子和沙发等。冰箱上有一串钥匙。桌子上有一个电话,床铺摆放在沙发附近。师生根据这个场景进行问答练习。如:

T:Where is the phone?

S1 : It's on the table.

T:Where are the keys?

S2:They're on the fridge.

T:Where is the bed?

S3 :It's near the sofa.

T:Where is the bag?

(1)教学单词;clock, photo

教师点击课件,卧室里的墙上出现clock和photo,然后进行单词教学。

T:Look! This is a clock.(板书clock,学生跟读。)

T:Where is the clock?

S1: It's in the room.

T:There is a clock in the room.

接着教师用同样的方法教学单词photo。然后以chant的形式与“picture”进行比较。如:

Picture, picture, photo, photo.

This is a picture. That is a photo.

(2)教词 : plant, bike, water bottle

教师用同样的方法点击卧室里的其他陈设并进行plant、bike、water bottle的教学。

3. 操练巩固单词:clock, photo, plant, bike, water bottle。

(1)教学Let’s chant

教师出示自编的chant,让学生操练单词。

In my room, in my room, I have a plant in my room.

In my room, in my room, I have a bike in my room.

In my room, in my room, I have a water bottle in my room.

In my room, in my room, I have a photo in my room.

In my room, in my room, I have a clock in my room.

(2)活动:滚雪球

S1:ln my room, I have a clock.

S4:ln my room, I have a clock, a photo, a plant and a water bottle.

4. 教学there be句型

教师指着房间图片说:This is my room.然后边指图片边说:There is a photo in my room.

There is a clock in my room. There is a plant in my room. There is a water bottle in my room.

There is a bike in my room.

教师在黑板上板书:There is a photo, a clock, a plant, a bike and a water bottle in my

room.学生跟读这个句子,教师注意讲解:and之前的单词要用升调,and后面的单词用降调。

5. 教学Let's play

活动方式:教师出示房间里各种物品的图片,如:clock,photo,bike,plant,water bottle等,请四个学生站起来看着图片,做“滚雪球”活动。

S1: There is a clock in my room.

S2: There is a clock and a photo in my room.

S3: There is a clock, a photo and a bike in my room.

S4: ….

6. 活动:找一找,说一说

课件展示一幅卧室的图,学生看课件,教师提问:“What can you see?”,学生用“I

can see…”句型说一说看见的物品。然后用there be句型描述卧室里的物品。

如:I can see... There is a…,…,and…,

三、巩固与拓展( Consolidation and extension)

1. 活动:我是小小设计师

教师给每个学生一张房间设计图,里面只摆放一张沙发,要求学生画出自己喜欢的家具及其他物品陈设,边画边做介绍。(提醒学生可以用上所有学过的形容词,如:pretty,expensive,big,small,blue,yellow等颜色词)

如:This is my living room. There is a clock in my room. It's here. It's pretty. There is a

photo in my room. It's new. It's here. There is a bike in my room. It's small. There is a plant in my

2. 书写单词

教师在黑板上示范书写单词:clock,photo,plant,bike,water bottle。

让学生书写,并口拼单词。

四、家庭作业( Homework)

1. 抄写本课时的四会单词4遍。

2. 完成本课时A. Let's learn部分活动手册配套练习。

3. 给自己房间里的摆设贴上英文标签。
