答案为D，句意为“在街上骑车，你越小心越好”。
“cannot … too…”结构表示“无论怎么……也不算过分”、“越……越好”、“要格外……”的意思。
表示此意的结构有下列几种：1.cannot +动词+too +形容词或副词。
如：We cannot be too careful in doing experiments.我们做实验时越仔细越好。
I cannot thank you too much.我怎么感谢你也不过分。
2.cannot + over动词/cannot + be +over-形容词。
如：We cannot overemphasize the importance of learning a foreign language.我们无论怎么强调学习外语的重要性也不过分。
We cannot be over- vigilant.我们应该特别警惕。
3.cannot+动词+too much （much enough）。
如：We cannot praise him too much.我们无论怎样表扬他也不算过分。
He is very reliable. You can’t trust him too much (much enough).他很可靠，他是你最值得信赖的人。
4.cannot +动词+形容词或副词+enough。
在“cannot… too…”结构中的too可换成enough; not也可换成never, hardly等否定词。

can在表示“能力”时与be able to同义。
但是can的时态形式不如be able to多。
在一般将来时和现在完成时中只能用be able to。
如：She will be able to dance in a week. 她再过一星期就会跳舞了。
Nobody has ever been able to do it. 从来没有人能够做这事。
在过去时中，could表示具备某种能力，但不一定做事；而was able to表示努力设法去做谋事，成功后说明有能力，相当managed to do或succeeded in doing。
这时，could和was able to是不能互换的。
例如：When he was a boy, he could swim across the river in fifteen minutes. 他小时侯，15分钟就能游过那河。
（could表示能力，但不一定这么做）He was able to swim across the river in fifteen minutes last week.=He managed to swim across the river in fifteen minutes last week.=He succeeded in swimming across the river in fifteen minutes last week.上周他15分钟就游过了那河。
（was able to表示真这样做了，而且成功了。
这里不能用could）2、must与have to的比较。
Must 强调主观意志，也就是说，必要性来自说话者的主观意志。
have to 强调客观因素。
例如：He must stop smoking. 他必须戒烟。
（说话人认为他必须）This is an awful film. ？We really must go. 这部电影糟透了-我们一定要离开这里。
can not be too句型答案：cannot.....too结构表示：无论怎么......也不算过分；越......越好；cannot +动词+ too+adj./adv. 这个固定用法需要特殊记忆的。
例句：You can’t be too careful.你越仔细越好。
You can’t praise too much.这本书值得大加赞扬 .We cannot work too much for the people.我们为人民做工作是不可能做过头的。
A woman cannot have too many clothes.女人买的衣服再多也不算多。
扩展：can not be too要放到完整的句子里去理解。
can be 表达的是猜测的意思，实际上没有发生。
比如 You can not be too low.be后面需要有补语，否则无法构成SVC结构，所以这个too后面如果没有形容词了，那就是省略了，也就是说闪句有交代清楚，读者能够看明白too后面是有省略。
学英语能这样琢磨琢磨，挺好的，搞懂底层逻辑，比不理解硬记下来什么意思，要好太多了！You can't be too careful in the exam.意思是你考试怎么细心都不为过，越细心越好。
这里的“can't be too...”就是“不能太...”的意思啊！一点都没错！但这里的“能”是"可能"的意思，不是有否能力做某事的“能”，you can't be too careful, 意思就是“你不可能是过分细致的”too 是过分的意思，过分当然就是不对的、不好的、不应该的，所以， you can't be too careful，就是：你怎么细致都不是过分细致的，你看看，是不是就是“你怎么细心都不为过”的意思了？我感觉这个句型是有两个意思①You can't be too careful in exam. 你考试时越仔细越好。
