4. 交货期限：自合同签署之日起XX天内。

6. 运输保险：由乙方负责购买运输保险，保险费用由双方协商承担。

7. 关税和税费：关税和与进口商品相关的税费由甲方承担。

三、品质保证与索赔1. 乙方应保证所销售的商品符合合同规定的质量要求。

2. 若因乙方责任导致商品质量不符合合同规定，甲方有权要求退货或索赔。

3. 如发生索赔，双方应友好协商解决。

具体的索赔条件和程序应在双方协商后确定。

四、保密条款双方应对本合同内容以及执行过程中的商业信息予以保密，未经对方同意，不得向第三方泄露。
