被动语态的构成。被动语态由“助动词be＋及物动词的过去分词”构成。人称、数和时态的变化是通过be的变化表现出来的。常用时态的被动语态的构成：一般现在时：am/is/are+过去分词如： The flowers are watered every day.
一般过去时：was/were +过去分词如：The house was built by the workers last year.
误：His house needs be repaired by him.
正：His house needs to be repaired by him.
正：His house needs repairing by him.

特殊句型被动语态的转换
（1）“主语+谓语+宾语+宾语补足语”变为被动语态。
只需将宾语变为被动句中的主语，宾补就成为被动句中的主语补足语。另外，如果主动句中的宾补是不带 to的不定式，当句子变成被动语态后，要还原to。

步骤一：把原主动句的宾语转换成被动句中的主语。
步骤二：把原动词改为“be+过去分词”的形式。动词的人称和数要随着新的主语而改变，同时be动词的时态不变。不论是什么形态，被动语态的句子都必定要有一个be动词。
步骤三：原来主动语态中的主语，如需强调就放在by后面以他的宾格形式出现，以指明发出动作的人或物。如果没有必要，则可以省略。

3）形容词worth后面跟动名词的主动形式表示被动含义，但不能跟动词不定式。
