3、根据衣物的种类、脏污程度和颜色,先作分类,而后进洗涤。
4、检查电源线,勿使其受重压(例如被压在洗衣机的脚轮下),以免电源线损伤而引起漏电或短路,烧毁部件等事故。
格兰仕洗衣机线操作说明格兰仕洗衣机装配线操作说明格兰仕洗衣机装配线的控制系统核心是可编程控制器(三菱),控制系统中包括空气开关,变频器,断路器,接触器,继电器,热保护继电器等其它控制元器件。
装配线包括主装配线,翻转机,夹抱机,注水机,装箱链板线,封箱滚道线,加电链板线,桶装配线等。
(一) 主装配线操作说明:1. 先将主电控箱内的断路器闭合,按下电控箱上的启动按钮,装配线开始运行(运行电机的马达开关闭合),运行指示灯亮。
按下停止按钮,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,可利用变频器来进行装配线电动机调速。
2. 按下电控箱上的急停按钮,装配线停止运行并且电控箱上的急停指示亮,蜂鸣器报警,按下复位按钮,停止蜂鸣器报警。
处理故障后,再按启动按钮。
3. 当过载指示亮时,有热保护继电器常开触点闭合,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,蜂鸣器报警,按下复位按钮,停止蜂鸣器报警。
查明原因后,按下热保护继电器的复位钮,再按启动按钮。
4. 当变频故障指示亮时,有变频器报警信号,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,蜂鸣器报警。
查明原因后,排除故障,再按启动按钮。
5. 可以利用主电控箱内的插座,照明,风扇和电源等断路器,来控制整条线体的插座,照明,风扇。
6. 线体上各驱动部都有马达开关,控制电机的供电,可以使装配线暂停运行。
7. 主线体的注水机,主要为洗衣机注水。
当选择到自动方式时,如有洗衣机到达注水位置时,注水机自动按照计时器的时间注水,到达时间后,停止注水,洗衣机离开。
当选择到手动方式时,可以进行手动注水。
8. 当有洗衣机出现问题时,要进入返修线。
进返修线移载,配有控制盒,选择到自动方式时,洗衣机自动进入返修线。
选择到手动方式时,利用手动按钮进行移载动作。
出返修线移载,配有控制盒,选择到自动方式时,洗衣机自动进入主装配线。
选择到手动方式时,利用手动按钮进行移载动作。
(二) 夹抱机及提升装置操作说明:1. 夹抱机配有操作箱,当自动/手动选择开关拨到自动位时,当滚道线上的工艺板上有机器时,踩下脚踏开关,移载机自动下降(原点指示亮时),下降到位后,夹板夹住机体,然后上升到位,空板离开进入提升装置;到位后用脚踏开关控制机体放下,随后夹抱机上升,回到初始位置,原点指示灯重新亮,按下手动输送按钮,洗衣机进入提升装置,通过提升装置,进入装箱链板线。
洗衣机使用说明书1. 使用前须知连接进水管1. 选择适合的水龙头(前段长度必须大于10mm,假设水龙头出口端面不平整,请用锉刀锉平,以免漏水) 2. 取下进水管接头①②③④①按住锁紧杆下端;②握住进水管,向下压滑动器,取下进水管接头;③接下标记牌。
3.安装进水管接头①拧动螺母,露出3至4圈螺纹;②将进水管接头的四颗螺钉拧松至可将进水管接头套在水龙头上;③如果进水管水龙头无法套在水龙头上,请取下衬套在安装;④将其中一个螺钉事先旋到大致适合位置,在将进水管套在水龙头上,将其余三颗螺钉均匀拧紧,确认到位后,旋紧螺母。
4.连接进水管①压下滑动器,将水管插入进水管接头;②用锁紧杆挂住水管接头,然后松开滑动器,直到听到“啪〞的一声。
5.连接洗衣机①将进水管另一端的螺母套到进水阀接头上;②拧紧进水管螺母并确认螺母紧固到位。
6.检查进水管是否连接好①检查连接是否牢固;②安装完毕后,翻开水龙头,检查是否漏水;③每次使用洗衣机前,请检查确认进水管与水龙头连接牢靠④切勿强力弯曲进水管。
粘贴毛毡,安装降噪板1. 将毛毡粘贴在降噪板的一侧。
2. 将洗衣机向后倾斜,卸下四个底脚。
3. 降噪板附有毛毡的一面朝内,将将底脚螺栓穿过四个孔装在壳体上旋紧,重新放平机器。
排水管排水管出水端高度必须大于80cm,最高点必须小于100cm,为防止排水管脱落,可将排水管固定在机器后的排水管卡上或使用排水支架固定,建议不要加长排水管,加长局部假设超过2.5m,易出现边进水边排水现象。
延长排水管,请联系本公司售后效劳部门。
调整底脚使用之前应先调节四个底脚,使洗衣机处于平衡状态。
底脚调节完毕后,要把底脚支撑螺母旋至紧贴壳体位置处,以支撑洗衣机。
分配器盒〔每次只放入一次洗涤所需的洗涤剂〕预洗洗涤剂投入室主洗洗涤剂投入室软化剂,漂白剂投入室选择预洗的功能时,在预洗室投入洗涤剂预先洗涤衣物;洗涤剂的用量请参照洗涤剂的使用说明,过量的洗涤剂会产生大量泡沫,易溢出,且影响洗涤剂的溶解;应使用滚筒洗衣机专用低泡洗涤剂,假设洗涤合成或羊毛织物时,那么应该用为其特制得洗涤剂软化剂或漂白剂的最高液面不要超过分配器盒的MAX标识。

2、不排水
a、Q198、Q268:首先检查排水阀上的调节杆螺母有无松动,而导致牵引器无法把排水阀芯拉开引起不排水,此时固定螺母,使之能拉开排水阀芯;Q818、Q828:首先检查牵引器拉索是否与排水阀松脱;
b、如果螺母未松动或拉索未松脱,可能牵引器已损坏,无法打开排水阀芯,此时应更换牵引器;
c、还有可能排水阀内有杂物堵住引起不排水,此时先拧开排水阀阀盖,取出杂物;
d、如果还未解决,可能电脑板已损坏,应更换电脑板。
3、进水不止
a、一般情况为进水阀阀芯卡住,通电打开后无法复位,导致。
1.使用前须知连接进水管1.选择适合的水龙头(前段长度必须大于10mm,若水龙头出口端面不平整,请用锉刀锉平,以免漏水)2.取下进水管接头①②③④①按住锁紧杆下端;②握住进水管,向下压滑动器,取下进水管接头;③接下标记牌。
3.安装进水管接头①拧动螺母,露出3至4圈螺纹;②将进水管接头的四颗螺钉拧松至可将进水管接头套在水龙头上;③如果进水管水龙头无法套在水龙头上,请取下衬套在安装;④将其中一个螺钉事先旋到大致适合位置,在将进水管套在水龙头上,将其余三颗螺钉均匀拧紧,确认到位后,旋紧螺母。
4.连接进水管①压下滑动器,将水管插入进水管接头;②用锁紧杆挂住水管接头,然后松开滑动器,直到听到“啪”的一声。
5.连接洗衣机①将进水管另一端的螺母套到进水阀接头上;②拧紧进水管螺母并确认螺母紧固到位。

装配线包括主装配线,翻转机,夹抱机,注水机,装箱链板线,封箱滚道线,加电链板线,桶装配线等。
(一)主装配线操作说明:
1.先将主电控箱内的断路器闭合,按下电控箱上的启动按钮,
装配线开始运行(运行电机的马达开关闭合),运行指示灯亮。
按下停止按钮,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,可利用变频器来进行装配线电动机调速。
2.按下电控箱上的急停按钮,装配线停止运行并且电控箱上
的急停指示亮,蜂鸣器报警,按下复位按钮,停止蜂鸣器报警。
处理故障后,再按启动按钮。
3.当过载指示亮时,有热保护继电器常开触点闭合,装配线
停止运行,运行指示灯灭,蜂鸣器报警,按下复位按钮,停止蜂鸣器报警。
查明原因后,按下热保护继电器的复位钮,再按启动按钮。
4.当变频故障指示亮时,有变频器报警信号,装配线停止运
行,运行指示灯灭,蜂鸣器报警。
查明原因后,排除故障,再按启动按钮。
5.可以利用主电控箱内的插座,照明,风扇和电源等断路器,
来控制整条线体的插座,照明,风扇。
6.线体上各驱动部都有马达开关,控制电机的供电,可以使

当选择到自动方式
时,如有洗衣机到达注水位置时,注水机自动按照计时器的时间注水,到达时间后,停止注水,洗衣机离开。

配有控制盒,选择到自动方式时,洗衣机自动进入返修线。

(二)夹抱机及提升装置操作说明:
1.夹抱机配有操作箱,当自动/手动选择开关拨到自动位时,
当滚道线上的工艺板上有机器时,踩下脚踏开关,移载机自动下降(原点指示亮时),下降到位后,夹板夹住机体,然后上升到位,空板离开进入提升装置;到位后用脚踏开关控制机体放下,随后夹抱机上升,回到初始位置,原点指示灯重新亮,按下手动输送按钮,洗衣机进入提升装置,通过提升装置,进入装箱链板线。
2.当自动/手动选择开关拨到手动位时,可以利用上升/下降,
夹紧/放松,手动输送等选择开关进行夹抱机手动控制。
3. 当操作箱急停指示亮时,有按下急停开关的报警信号,夹
抱机停止,先拨到手动位,用手动进行调整,再按复位按钮可重新使用。
4. 提升装置分为双层动力线,上层滚筒线输送洗衣机,下层皮
带线输送空板,并配有手控盒,可以进行上升,下降,进出等手动动作,可以利用急停开关处理故障。
(三)翻转机操作说明:
1. 翻转机配有操作箱,当自动/手动选择开关拨到自动位时,
当工艺板上有机器时,移载机自动下降(原点指示亮时),下降到位后,夹板夹住机体,然后上升到位,做180度翻转;
然后下降,重新把机器放到工艺板上。
随后翻转机上升,翻转装置复位,回到初始位置,原点指示灯重新亮,工艺板向前运行。
2. 当自动/手动选择开关拨到手动位时,可以利用上升/下降,
夹紧/放松,翻转/复位等选择开关进行翻转机手动控制。
3. 当操作箱急停指示亮时,按下急停开关的报警信号,翻转
机停止,先拨到手动位,用手动进行调整,再按复位按钮可重新使用。
(四)桶装配线操作说明:
1. 先将电控箱内的断路器闭合,按下电控箱上的启动按钮,
装配线开始运行(运行电机的马达开关闭合),运行指示灯亮。
按下停止按钮,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭。
2. 按下电控箱上的急停按钮,装配线停止运行并且电控箱上
的急停指示亮,讯响器报警,按下复位按钮,停止讯响器报警。
处理故障后,再按启动按钮。
3. 当异常指示亮时,有热保护继电器常开触点闭合,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,讯响器报警,按下复位按钮,停止讯响器报警。
查明原因后,按下热保护继电器的复位钮,再按启动按钮。
4. 当变频故障指示亮时,有变频器报警信号,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,讯响器报警。
查明原因后,排除故障,再按启动按钮。
5. 提升装置配有手控盒,可以进行上升,下降,进出等手动动

(五)封箱滚道线的操作说明:
1. 先将电控箱内的断路器闭合,按下电控箱上的启动按钮,滚
道线开始运行(运行电机的马达开关闭合),运行指示灯亮。
按下停止按钮,滚道线停止运行,运行指示灯灭。
2. 掻出装置配有手控盒,可以进行推出和返回等手动动作,可
以利用急停开关处理故障。
3. 按下电控箱上的急停按钮,滚道线停止运行并且电控箱上
的急停指示亮,讯响器报警,按下复位按钮,停止讯响器报
警。
处理故障后,再按启动按钮。
4. 当过载指示亮时,有热保护继电器常开触点闭合,装配线停止运行,运行指示灯灭,讯响器报警,按下复位按钮,停止讯响器报警。
查明原因后,按下热保护继电器的复位钮,再按启动按钮。
5. 滚道线上有旋转台,进行90度的旋转。
如选择到自动方式,有洗衣机进入旋转台滚道线,旋转台自动上升,旋转90度,然后下降。
如选择到手动方式,可以进行旋转台的手动上升,手动下降和手动旋转等动作。
注意:
要定期进行维护,范围包括:1)气动部分:气缸、各种阀、气路等有否损坏。
