卵泡发育不同阶段激素间相互作用的研究进展作者:周丽霞温晓薇匡延平柴蔚然赵烨来源:《中国现代医生》2017年第03期[摘要] 卵泡的发育过程是一个异常复杂的现象。
在这个过程中,雄激素、促卵泡生成素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、抗苗勒管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)和雌二醇(estradiol,E2)起着至关重要的作用。
然而,这四种激素间的相互作用到目前为止并没有完全理解。
深入理解它们之间的相互作用不仅能够补充我们现有的知识,同时也为其在辅助生殖领域中的应用提供理论依据。
本文根据这四种激素在卵泡发育过程中出现的先后顺序分别阐明了非促性腺激素(gonadotropin,Gn)依赖期雄激素-FSH-AMH之间的相互作用及Gn依赖期 FSH-AMH-E2之间的相互作用。

In this process, androgen, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH)and estradiol (E2) play vital roles. However, the interactions between these four hormones have not been fully understood so far. In-depth understanding of the interactions between them not only can complement our existing knowledge, but also can provide a theoretical basis for their application in the field of assisted reproduction. Based on the order of occurrence of these four hormones in follicular development, the article explains the interactions between androgen-FSH-AMH in gonadotropin(Gn)-independent stage and the interactions between FSH-AMH-E2 in Gn-dependent stage.[Key words] Androgen; FSH; AMH; E2; Follicle development卵泡发育的整个过程中仍然有很多未知,尤其是在卵泡发育不同阶段激素之间的相互作用。

The pool of primordial follicles is essential for female fertility. Most primordial follicles remain quiescent, while few of them are initiated to grow, mature, and ovulate at last. The activation of primordial follicles is defined as a transition from primordial to primary follicle, which is regulated by multiple factors. The mechanisms underlying this activation are not completely stated. Recent studies showed that the growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF-9) and other factors promoted the activation of primordial follicles, while many factors, such as PTEN, inhibited the growth of primordial follicles to maintain the size of the primordial follicle pool. The regulation disorders may cause reproductive endocrine diseases. It is helpful for us to understand the physiology and pathology of human ovary and to provide theory of the fertility preservation, to explore the mechanisms regulating the activation of primordial follicles.%女性卵巢中数目最多的卵泡是原始卵泡。

卵泡由一个居于核心的卵细胞及周围的颗粒细胞和卵泡膜细胞所组成。
在促性腺激素等的作用调控下,卵泡中颗粒细胞增殖、分化,产生分化程度不一的颗粒细胞群。
颗粒细胞又通过旁分泌和间隙连接的通讯方式控制卵母细胞的生长和成熟,因而卵泡发育是处在一个庞大的调控系统严格控制之下。
该文就各影响因素对卵泡发育的作用进行综述。
