最近有很多朋友问我户外出行的时候如何调节自己的背包,对于老驴来说这当然是很简单的一件事了,但对于新驴来说就没太多的技巧了。
下面就有山夫户外跟大家谈谈如何调节自己的背包处在一个合适的位置。
1.首先将背垫与背负支架打开,上下调节背负高度以适应自身躯干。
2.将背包放松后,把腿抬起,使其与身体成90度夹角。
此时腰带下部与大腿后端持平。
3.填充背包时,重的物品应置于背包的上部靠近身体的一侧。
这样有利于将重量分摊,减轻重量,背负时更轻松。
如果是上下坡度角度大时,重量应置于略下一些的位置。
4.防雨罩,下雨时保护背包,以防浸湿。
5.将背包背起,首先抓住背包的拎袋,然后一肩膀滑入背带,再另一肩膀。
如果背包拎不动,就先放在大腿上。
6.背好后,调节背包,收紧腰带围在髋骨上。
调节背包时的顺序:腰带-肩带-重心调节带-腰部收紧带-胸部拉带。
7.将肩带拉紧,使衬垫紧靠肩部,但要避免过紧(视自身状况调节),以防所有负重由臀部转移到肩部。
8.调节肩带上部的重心调节带,将背包的重心位置变换,并使肩带顺畅紧贴你的肩膀。
9.之前的步骤做好后,拉紧腰中收紧带,可以使背包的重量有效转移至臀部承重。
10. 为防背包滑落,可将两个肩带之间的胸部拉带收缩下,这样可以缓解肩部负重,减轻重量。

登山包性能的优劣从结构上看最大差别在于背负系统,性能良好的登上包其背负系统在设计上不仅考虑通风,也要考虑便于受力传递以及背负的舒适性和承重强度。
登上包的支撑机构早期最常见的有U型管或双铝条,为了增强背包的稳定性,改进型的背包采用了“∏”字型支撑,九八年德国BIG PACK公司的Performic系列背包采用了合金管框架支撑,其选料采用高强度、高弹力铝合金管定型,不仅减轻了支撑材料的重量,同时使受力更加均匀,其55升以上的品种还增设了腰部支撑,使得承重力更加浑然一体。

登山包调节方法1调节背负重心:行走不同地形和进行不同活动时,背囊之重心均要调节以作适应,透过背包的多重调校性背负系统可将重量随意分布到肩膀或腰部等部位,以因应个人实际所需。
2合适的背囊位置:为背囊加上约7至10公斤重的轻量背载,背上背囊观察腰带顶部是否位於盘骨3厘米以上。
试着提高大腿至水平位置,检查大腿与腰带底部是否平衡,若提高大腿时推高了腰带,则需重新调节腰带至盘骨更高的位置。
3调节背囊重心平衡带:调节背带重心控制带上之金属扣至锁骨位置,并保持登山包重心平衡带与肩膀在45 角,使更多重量转移至下盘之上,令行走更稳定。
4调节胸带位置:拉开调节登山包背带重心之黏扣后,将胸带移至胸前合适的位置,目的是稳定肩膀之负重位置,令背负更舒适。
其实胸带之位置并无任何硬性规定,只要因应不同地形和负重所需调节至最舒适状态即可,通常胸带位於锁骨以下2.5-4 cm。
登山包类型(一)首先谈谈大背包,又分骨架外架式背包和内藏式骨架背包两种。
骨架外架式背包早期的背包均为此形态,骨架的架构为H型,背负系统仅依赖厚实肩带,造成背负者登山行进间背包的骨架易摇晃,遇到剧烈活动路线如躜行于箭竹林的中级山活动路线、攀爬裸岩的溯溪活动、跳跃于裸岩堆的高山长程纵走活动,身体不易保持平衡,同时搭乘多种不同的交通工具于运输过程易衍生许多困扰,例如不适合乘坐拥挤的公车、搭乘计程车易被拒载或海外旅行搭乘飞机都会造成困扰。
外架式背包的背负系统分为1.肩带,2.胸带,3.腰带,结合背负者和背包并分散背负重量,虽然多数外架背包有许多小侧袋提供置放物品,但坚实外架式的背包骨架载重的重心通常高于肩与腰,如此它的负重中心点造成背负者为保持平衡而向前倾,同时外架式背包的坚硬骨架会降低行进间的旋转空间且重心点较高造成行进过程中难以保持平衡。
登山包装包原则装包原则:常用的物品应在近开口处,宿营时才用的物品放在里面;轻、软的物品在下,重、硬的物品在上(不能压的物品应在上方)。
重物在上有利于使背包重心尽可能的靠近人体的重心,不易使人腰腹部肌肉疲劳。
要注意背包左右的平衡,不能一边重一边轻。
同时要注意两肩带要松紧度调节得合适并对等。
另外,背包外挂物品是帐篷在顶,防潮垫在下,这也是重上轻下的原则。
装包方法:背包在装填物品上是很讲究方法的。
一般的背包从上往下,分为顶盖包(用于装带雨具、地图、小食品等),这类物品在一旦需要时,可以很方便的请同行者帮助取出。
两侧包(用于装带一些常用物品,如水壶、电筒、洗漱用具、卫生纸、指南针、急用药品、应急食品、太阳镜、手套、小相机、胶卷等物品)。
大包(主包)则装带其他重要物品(如睡袋、换洗衣服、餐具等)。
背包方法:由于装满物品的背包较重,应当学会自己将背包背在背上的方法,一是将它提放在高台处背上是最简单的方法,或者是人坐在地上背,再是用右手将背包提放在自己的右腿上,先入右手,挺身起来后再入左手即可。
背包的整体位置应当这样,男子的腰带应系在髋骨部位,而女子应系在髋骨以上(即下腰),收紧肩带使背包紧贴背部,最后应当调节肩膀短带,如果这时短带同背包等处呈30-40度为最佳位置和背带方法。
背背包:要把它调整到适合你的背负高度,甚至有时候需要把背负系统中的支撑条拿出来弯到最贴合你身体的弯度。
调整重心调节带的高低,让它和肩带的夹角达到20-30度左右为适宜。
还有应当掌握正确的上背包和下背包的姿势(这样正确使用有利于延长你背包的寿命)。
另外再讲打包,尽可能将重的物品靠近身体及背包上部,这样,背包的重量可通过背负系统均摊到你的肩、背、腰、臀上,能让你背着更舒服。
